I've always said that this league is going to bring more kickers and punters into the NFL than any other position, since their performance doesn't rely on quality of competition to turn heads in the NFL.

Probably because kickers are not seen as prime positions and most teams just stick with the same kicker for 10+ years if they are good enough

Basically, if all of the teams had fans like the Battlehawks (and DC is probably the closest) so even if they had 15,000 at every game, the league would have a shot.

@@mystimallow It doesn’t matter. Fox uses this theme for ALL its sports broadcasts now. NASCAR, MLB, etc., they don’t have their unique themes anymore if it’s broadcasted on Fox’s main channel.

DC's most complete game. This is the team I expected to see at the start of the season.

Agreed. All three phases contributed to the Defenders' win over the Brahmas. I think I underestimated how tough it would be to replace RB1 (Abram Smith), and WRs 1 and 2 (Lucky Jackson and Chris Blair). I think the offense is finally starting to get in sync. Hope the Defenders can keep up this level of play going forward.

Brahmas had a chance. Great game and Season so far XFL Vs USFL is good.

Ta'amu looked a lot better in this game than he has the rest of the season. We love to see it!!

Nah, the defense has bipolar issues. You don't know if they're ready to play or not. Their defense is the reason why they lost the championship last year. They were declining the last 4 games and collapsed finally.

Seems like the run games in the UFL are slowly getting a bit better. At the start of the season it was so hard to run the ball, now teams are ticking off nice gains on the ground.

Why are the kickers in the UFL so good across the board? It's weird.

There's only 8 teams, so the pool doesn't have to be as large

We pretty much know what the playoff picture is going to look like. Birmingham Vs. Michigan & St. Louis Vs. San Antonio or DC. Houston and Memphis are cooked, and the Renegades might as well be considered Texas barbecue.

Good game, San Antonio good game for the both sides of the ball. They didn’t disappoint. They both fought hard.

Brahmas definitely made em work for that result. They didn't seem as strong on offense as usual today.

What I find so interesting is that throughout the season of the UFL, despite defenses making big plays in takeaways, not one defensive player has scored a pick six or a scoop and score this year. Not one.

nothing special on the offensive front, but the attack is becoming more balanced - our run game is starting to find its footing. ta’amu is still a dawg and our defense came prepared. hopefully we’ll get playoffs out of this dc, shields up 🛡️🛡️

Yup. Coach Kaiss (OC) is also doing a better job calling plays. The Defenders are really good at running between the tackles, and Coach Kaiss finally just stuck with it. Like you said, nothing special offensively but it was progress.

Darius Hagans (RB - DC Defenders) is a Beast to Be Reckoned with. Pittsburgh Steelers made a big mistake in letting this guy go.

i just learned the usfl and xfl got rid of teams to make the ufl. there might be financial reasons behind it but i think that was a dumb idea. heres hoping theyll add more teams in the future
