Great video, thank you! This is my spin workaround until I figure out why it stops spinning at low RPMs. Mine won't spin up past app 300rpm normally. Replaced the shocks with limited success. But in diagnostic mode it will spin to 1100-1200 rpm just fine with the same load. I'm really disliking Samsung right now.

I noticed this video is a couple of years old. Was just curious what the fix for this problem was I have one doing this? Thanks

i have one that was doing this aswell.i think it is a sign the spider arm is going to break as mine just did

Nope Ozzie. I put new shocks on it and that didn't help at all. I'm almost positive that it's the balancer ring, but I haven't ordered it yet. I don't need this washer so it's been low on my to do list. I may order it in the next week or two.
