How can I fix error AC6 ?

Since 2 days my washing machine has some problems, when time comple it shows one red symbol like somewhere leaking and clothes are not drying properly.

Very helpful video, got the washer into Smart install mode and everything seemed to work correctly. But the washer is not working, it stop mid cycle. Is there a procedure to get into a test mode where we can see if there is an error code? Thanks

I have a Whirlpool dryer (WGD5100HC2) that showed "F2E2 Contact Service" message. This appeared after getting it to start a normal drying cycle, came back to check on it, and found that. What does it mean? I found the suggested solution was to cycle the power. But, I want to know what made that appear to try and alleviate it from happening again.

That's a communications error regarding the UI interface and the main board. It's probably the UI which is like 300 dollars out of warranty, lol. In warranty work we typically order UI and main board, but paid calls we get both and do UI first and it tends to resolve it. The contacts on the UI board will corrode from heat and moisture

So I have the same exact washer it wouldn’t go pass 1 for the test cycle. My door was locked locked and had to manually unlock. Now the it won’t self lock anymore thus won’t run a load

So I did the mode my codes were dc and 9C2 the washer door will not open period. Need help please I can't afford someone coming out

Important to note, should do this with out clothes in the machine. You can really screw some stuff up lol

I was in the middle of washing clothes, the washer reached the "end" cycle and the door will not open. It is locked. I can't get into the test mode to check all codes like you show in the video...the washer simply reflects the ac6 code. I can't do anything. I have unplugged it and left it unplugged overnight. I have also drained the water. any suggestions?
