So here's a sorta quick rough 101 of Samba, Zumba style.
The first is the basic samba done by women on heels. The second is more often used by men on heel toe.
*Note* I am not an expert on samba. I learned Samba from other instructors who are way more qualified to teach it. This is just a short tutorial that I hope I can re-do-re-simplify but i hope for the mean time it will help you. :)
