    hi! i'm a pure ibanag and i was born and raised in isabela ☺ i'm also familiar with your last name layugan. and based from your video, from the way you speak, your sounds like from tuguegarao? ☺ anyways, nice video ☺

    So my mom and her family speak Ybanag really fast.....I guess that's an Isabela thing? Or is Ybanag really spoken that fast?

    hi Hannah as with any langusge ybanag can be spoken really fast especially when we are not used to hearing it or aren't familiar with speaking it. The times when I hear ybanag spoken slowly is usually to emphasize what is being said. I try to speak slower in the videos so that anyone can hear the words clearly because spoken ybanag can sometimes sound and look different from written ybanag. =)
