I had no idea what the “little fat person “ meant - literally threw me I couldn’t see it in the damn manual. Thank you a definite light bulb on moment! To me it looked like someone wearing a damn cape! 😂

I bought a new set of scales identical to this but I never get as far as 4' 27" as the scale refuses to work. It was brought brand new this morning (March 16), I put a new set of batteries in and it still doesn't work. Can I return and ask for a replacement that does work?

There's a round thing underneath, doesn't look like a switch but you press that it changes kg to st etc

Hey I found it and it looks like a little hole and you need to use something sharp to reset it , is this what you’re talking about ? Cos nothing happens when I do that ? Thanks

We had the same problem 😂😂. Only the very top bit comes off the feet.. not the protruding bit

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! THE WEIGHT FLUCTUATE BECAUSE YOU ARE STANDING ON CARPET!! Stand on a hard floor and it will be accurate!! And wait until 0.00 appears to jump on the scale!!

The carpet is the reason why the weight keeps changing rapidly. I just tried out the product and after showing weight it cuts out before it shows BMI or water weight.

make sure you wet the soles of your feet, it's linked to the bmi and body water part of the scaling.

I bought those scales and it didn't do the BMI. Bought three WW scales and they didn't do the BMI. I just had a brand new Salter Body Analyser Scales from Salter and guess what, it don't to the BMI all I get is ERR or it shutdown so I give up.

you need to weigh in damp bare feet for the BMI to work

Great video. I was having difficulty switching from kg to pound. The booklet is incorrect as it says yo use the two top buttons and doesn't mention the button underneath

I hope I'm lighter on these salter scales than I am on my current ww ones lol. You aren't overweight, put your height in and you'll see you're just right.

The spare feet are for carpet, so won't give accurate weight and you won't get a BM without hight programmed in.

The first video I did on this channel was an unboxing and they always get more views than everything else. I have a load I have filmed but never edited or uploaded, so whilst I have limited time I am trying to get them finished off and uploaded. I've got a technical video I want to get done soon, and I am putting a lot of effort into sorting out the content and presentation of my live streams.

I used these on carpet when I got them to see the difference in weight. Said I was 20kg lighter than when I done it on a hard floor. Get off of the carpet fs

These scales are too difficult to understand so I'm sending them back for a refund. I feel like you have to have a mega IQ to set them up or maybe I'm just too thick haha.

I brought the nicer scales 4yrs ago no idea how I set them up. I look around and only find the newer ones which don't look as nice and the screen looks way more basic. I've no idea what model they are and no idea how to use them. I never did after the first week my ex hated them cos she can't lie to herself with smart scales. I got them for me though to try put weight on but it wasn't easy so just stopped using them. Now I want to set them and have no idea how. I look on ebay and there so much cheaper now even £10 options with Bluetooth. I look up the app to mine and the rating is only 1.3 not one happy review. What happened? I buy salter anything I need i don't even try to I just end up with the salter brand. I wanted black cutlery just bcos they look cool ended up with salter brand. Scales to weigh my weed ended up with salter ones. But I'm getting so psst with these ill avoid them in the future at this rate..especially if they killed app support I paid a bomb for these scales back when and now I can't find any trace of them. I searched the only code on the back and tons of others showed up. Psss takers. I presume other brands came in with much cheaper sets so salter cheaped out on theirs to compete when they should have just lowerd the price. Or they are so 💩 since I stopped using them after a week mayb most did so salter trying to forget them.

You have buttons i have pressure sensors and they infuriating too. No idea what they do. But cycle through the info I need the Bluetooth find me button. The whole point of them is to remember the weights so you don't have to. The scales only remember the last weight. I even had my dog on them lol. Oh yh we ended up using the Wii fit board for him instead. Got him to 26kg all muscle staffy age 3 but then he dropped down to standard 23kg with a belly. Cos we had kids so wasn't pushing him like in his first years. He was hench I wished I was. Never was.

Dude, if you're gonna 'review' something maybe learn how it works first. 😁
