l don't have a set of ramekins just yet, but due to the fact that l suffer from a condition called, "l need to make this now or die" food related impatience, l'm just gonna use my large muffin pan and hope for the best.

Josiane Guay Thank you all for asking! Much to my surprise they always turn out great! Made them several times now and still haven't purchased the ramekins. But note that the pan l use is the large muffin silicone, so l don't know if that makes any difference or not compared to a metal pan, but based on my experience alone, l think it's safe to say that l can definitely recommend the silicone pan as a wonderful substitute.

I wonder how her husband feels knowing his competition is chocolate. Also, I was enjoying my Snickers before I watched this video. Now my Snickers taste like regret.

I love how you use the espresso in your chocolate dishes! I was weary at first but now I just cant miss that step. It just takes it to a whole other chocolate level. Same idea with the vanilla extract. I dont know why but it almost makes the chocolate flavour more decadent ... even if its just plain old semi sweet chocolate chips!! Love you Laura, thank you for sharing your love of food and helping others learn and to love it too!!!

My favorite thing about your videos is when you try your food say the funniest things. Makes making whatever you're eating really tempting. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
