Danni Marie Youz all are insane. 1. If something is gross before, then time probably won't make it any less gross. 2. And more importantly, what butter? That wasn't butter. It was an undercooked batter of eggs, butter, sugar, milk, vanilla. white chocolate and flour, plus raspberry jam and more white chocolate with melting ice cream. There was no free flowing butter in that cake. 3. Sadly you would never be able to appreciate the splendidly squirting molten butter deliciously caged inside a good Chicken Kiev until it gloriously succumbs to the gentle pressure of your knife and fork.

Yeah, not butter at all but the best part of any lava cake is the squirting lava part. Don't watch if you don't like the theme.

Yeeeah...I kinda thought that maybe the white chocolate had split and gone oily...maybe because of the high sugar, jam combination? Cake batter isn't generally semi transparent... All the rest are great though, 10/10, would consume!

I'm not crazy about cream cheese in recipes but the cream cheese in that butter lava cake managed to make it all work.
