Inspirational but definitely eye opening to the realistic markup on cars/trucks. The savvy consumer would go to Vroom and skip the overhead and $1-2k commission. Lucky for all watching this is that is not 99% of consumers. The American public are emotional buyers and Andy's system is surely to work if you apply it consistently with his intensity. Sorry for not logging into the 0-100 everyday. I have most of the pages printed out... but I need to keep reading and watching the content. This month at my store, everyone and I mean every single person was complaining about how slow and dead it is. The top sales lady the GM gives most of the internet leads to had 2 out. I finished #2 with 9 deals, 7 delivered (2 new cars on backorder). Made more gross than the top guy who beat me by 1 and a half deals. 7k paycheque... still not enough for me. I have made 10k before... should have made it this month.

I like the way Elliot speaks but the content of his message seems poor to me, based solely on this video. Good training is based on values, framework and technical knowledge. The values ​​in this case are based exclusively on “having more.” The framework is not discussed nor is the technical part. I watch a lot of Elliot videos of this guy and he falls short in all of them. Ok it's not the complete training, but it always falls short and talks about the same thing.
