andy is top tier at motivating salesmen, dont let him motivate you into spending 2 thousand dollars on his motivational course because that is what is channel is for baited by trying to train you. His training is strictly motivational and surface level stuff you can learn for free, my fellow salesmen went to andy elliott for 2k and was taught what you see here there was nothing more. Stay motivated my friend that is all this is about, his tactics will help you close retards only

Some of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with are introverts. Introverts are dangerous fucking sales people because they have a knack for building trust with prospects. Introverts aren’t weak. Introverts are simply 2 quadrants on the DISC profile spectrum. Belief in yourself, your company, your products, and or services and training and will lead you to more success that you ever imagined possible

I realize confidence and looking sharp with a couple English properly pronounce can do an impact . Start improving my English , now I work at Wallace Nissan in Stuart , now they are about to open a Volvo store they asked me to be part of the team . Was in car sales for two years and because of Andy, I was the top guy on month 3 until I switched over to solar. Different market, more money, harder to get in the door. Coming back to sharpen the skill of sales. Pay attention.

I’m a Master Mechanic. Not even in the sales side of automotive industry.. I can use the information and training from Andy in any industry. He has really inspired me to get my ass back In shape. After 5 years of not working out, I joined a gym yesterday and I’m not looking back, only forward!! Thank you Andy..

Being an introvert means you don’t leave your shell to connect to others. Even if when you do you’re good at it, that doesn’t make you money. You have to go out of your way to go and get the bag, go and get that success, go and make those connections. Introverts don’t make money, but introverts like you have the potential to make more money than a “born extrovert”. Sharpen your blade, hone the skill

I had this dude figured all wrong from watching reels. That’s some solid advice. (But I still don’t understand how a six pack equates to sales success so I’m gonna just leave my shirt on and not come up on the stage lol). My job isn’t even sales but this is great advice

I have spent a lot of time watching these videos and training at home. Well, last Saturday I had a market where I tried to make a connection with people as Andy says. The downside to doing this as a woman was that I got harassed by a guy who took my "trying to make a connection" as an invitation to make inappropriate comments about wanting to kiss me and do other things all while touching himself. That didn't go as planned. After this, I was totally blocked and couldn't talk to anyone anymore...at all. I will now spend the time before my next market to overcome this experience and try to get into the right mindset again. Things men don't have to worry about when selling...

Andy, your skills are the best that I have ever seen. Amazing training!! The only thing that would be a problem, is asking a customer to give you "Yes or No" answers. That works good in a training environment, but if I were the potential customer, I would not go for the "Tell me Yes or No" stuff. Just a thought. But you are a killer closer for sure.

Because of your Communication Tipps I landed a Job as a Sales Rep (I never worked as a Salesperson before but was always intrigued, cause i am shy, or rather introverted). I start in two weeks with a great pay and commission. My point is.
