Grant Cardone vs Jordan Belfort | Sales Training Heavyweight Match - The Wolf's Den #14

SUBSCRIBE TO JB'S KZread CHANNEL: bit.ly/3iQ3C4u
#JordanBelfort #GrantCardone #WolfofWallStreet #TheWolfsDen
Not since the Rumble in the Jungle has the world seen two heavyweight champions face off like this… and if you think Foreman and Ali had their differences, wait until you see this pair of friendly foes go toe to toe. With the ocean breezes blowing in the background, it's Ten Times Vs. The Straight Line and neither wants to give an inch.
Cardone is a master marketing guru and renowned author who excels in real estate investing, hosting speaking conferences, and educating young investors. He gives us some of his background in sales, and discusses how he actually got started by selling fish, door to door.
Right from the opening bell, these two sales superstars can't agree on anything, which makes for some highly entertaining, and very heated, debate. Verbal body blows are exchanged so ferociously that at one point, Cardone actually challenges JB to a real-life cage match! This tossing of the gauntlet really takes the "no-holds-barred" nature of the Wolf's Den to a whole new level…
Make sure you watch to cheer on your favorite mentor!

  • @JVZBrowser

    @JVZBrowser

    3 жыл бұрын

    Well the thing is what most of you guys don’t understand is that they kind of talk about two different things. One is marketing the other is sales... GC is a marketer, he’s not a seller. Back in the day when JB was performing there was no real way to easily mass market products or anything. It requires sales. Of course there were markets but they were very limited. With social media and the internet sales become more and more irrelevant. It’s about marketing and placing products... People these days buy hypes, stuff that is worn by your favorite artist etc etc. a world that I think JB doesn’t really understands. Sales is not needed anymore but marketing is. That’s why practices like drop shipping are successful. They just sell anything as long as it brings in money. GC is not about Sales, hes about Money and Cashflow... selling is a skill. He’s not interested how to build a house he’s interested to make profit off that real estate. The pinnacle where you see that these guys just talk about different stuff is when GC takes the opportunity to market a cage match. He doesn’t sell it. The only sales pitch he makes is saying “write in the comments if you want to see it” he’s creating and simultaneously seeing if there’s a market which is profitable. If that’s the case he doesn’t need to sell because there simply is no need to.... I think if you really watch and listen carefully you can tell that they just have a big misunderstanding on what they both represent. The one is a simple marketer the other one is a seller... Bottom line is that in these day and ages you don’t need selling if your market is big enough. That’s what GC is trying to say...

    Interesting that on Jordan's podcast, the ADs are the most replayed parts of his podcast! It makes sense now that I see it, but didn't expect that! Jordan's best sales teaching is demonstrating first hand how he makes a pitch! And honest to goodness, he sold me that watch. I don't know that I actually want to wear a watch, but if I did, I'd definitely look at their watches and would be very tempted to buy one!

    Great insight is that the first cold call that ends in "not interested" is actually created some kind of awareness to that potential customer and actually little bit warmed them to the product... so, second time someone calls them back may not get them again but warmed them up more.... Wow they both are such contradictory sales people - one believes that sales people are natural and other thinks sales people can be trained to be successful... People don't want to work to get their abs but they want abs... great analogy..... one of the reason why coaches train coaches rather than normal people...

    Karla Cath Jefferson Well, JB was EASILY wealthier than GC at his peak, not to mention, at probably half of GC’s age. Only difference is that what JB sold in his industry was heavily regulated, which landed him where he went. What GC sold isn’t regulated at all, so he’s safe. But JB is definitely miles ahead as a better salesman.

  • @IBCo.

    @IBCo.

    Karla Cath Jefferson I mean if we look at who’s a better SALESman, it’s definitely relevant to look at JB’s peak figure. Not being at his peak doesn’t make him lesser of a salesman. You have to understand how businesses work my friend. There are more to do than just sales in a business. There are plenty of billionaires who do amazingly well in business that i bet they can’t sell you a pack of nuts. All im saying is JB is a better salesman, and he reached his peaked through sales. GC on the other hand does his own business in his own fantastic way, and make his bucks through flipping real estates more than anything else.

  • @IBCo.

    Karla Cath Jefferson “If JB was so much better than Grant, then why couldn’t JB maintain his peak?” Why? because shit happens. Then i’ll be the one asking you why GC couldn’t maintain his peak? You need a better understanding about life my friend.
