  • @knightnxk2906

but can we be like really sure? His status obviously helps. But he stated facts, and sometimes going backwards like he did, re-explain the obvious they might not have thought or process yet, he gave him good perspecitve. I was bought the moment he said, but if you dont close now you can lose $1,6M. It's like the efficiency, Idk how to explain it, but it's like invest now, say goodbye to some cash in the present, to build more things and have more income streams from more than one factory or whatever and increase it overall. Like idk how to explain it i such at explaining, but you'd be mad if you'd want to lose 16% of your yearly income for not acting sooner. Plus with the increase he gets probably around 400-600k more. tho to be frank i still dont understand why would he really lose 1.6M of your current 10M yearly revenue. I understood as if you buy this property now, you will increase your overall revenue by 30% and it's not like they didnt already have a place.

Good salesmen know that closing a cold deal is pure luck. You catch a prospect when they feel enough pain to work with someone they just met. A great salesmen would be able to take that client from you at anytime they wish. The great salesman is who told your client that they wouldn’t be the best resource for this and advised your client that they should work with you.
