Phenominal game gents, such a fun one to watch. That exploding Land Raiders.....ouch haha. I had mine explode in my most recent Salamanders game vs Alpha Legion and it killed 1 Aggressor, 2 Eradicators and and 2 Infernus Marines. Just brutal!

question about shooting with advancing T'au units, if they need to be guided to gain assault wouldn't they need to be able to shoot first so that they can be guided? I.e without an assault weapon to start with they are not eligible to shoot so cannot be guided so cannot get assault on their weapons.

A tecnical question about Tau Drones: I know that now they aren't more than counters representing different abilities but, as they still are miniatures on the table, is it possible to draw line of sight throgh them, allowing to guide shots? That would have been the case of the hidden fire warrior unit and the redeemer land raider...or maybe they don't count at all as actual models?

Yes just wargear. They don't count for anything in game. So no LOS, bases for melee etc etc. I may limit the number I put on the table as I think their are too many🤔🙂👍

i love the videos but PLEASE make the audio in the music cuts the same gain as regular, i hate having to run to my computer to turn it down when im listening on speaker

The drone confers an extra ability. I think it let's you advance and still markerlight...something like that👍🙂

@@StrikingScorpion82 it allows you to advance and guide, but so does does assault which breachers have, or give fire warriors a gun drone as it also has assault which make the sqd eligible to shoot after an advance, I've all fire warriors should a guardian drone and a gun drone

Gotta stop playing with those drone models on the tables. I know, you painted them and you love them and so do I. But they are nothing but wargear now, no personal attributes or anything, and they are clogging up all of your mobility and making your units footprints 20%-150% bigger for no reason. Maybe we start modeling drones onto the same base?

Maybe even 3d print them down to half size so they fit better on the battlesuit bases and with their reduced role in life.
