So many morons treat cold storage as put it in a fridge/freezer and then wonde why it tastes terrible. The expense, however, is just cynical marketing. There is no reason for the prices to be that high.

The man can probably punch through the Absolutely Safe Capsule. I'd say you need the animator, but no the guy beats the crap out of him too. Like, I don't think anyone else can do it through toon force either.

Fun fact: When Donkey-Kong was created, they originally planned on using Popeye as the main protagonist, but the licensing failed, which caused them to create Jumpman.

I'd think Popeye at least *knows* what physics are but they just don't apply to him even in other dimensions. Popeye's advantage is that, existing from pen-n-ink physics, it would take something like Judge Doom's (Who Framed Roger Rabbit?) barrel of Dip. Other than that as a potentially effective attack, Popeye is a Reality Bender of the highest caliber, right up there with The Mask or Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet.

@@mostly-just_comments-and- True and I will also add that they did this video half a year before he fought cosmic Garou which I might be wrong but at that point, we didn't even know he could break physics (referring to blast commenting on his power) so there's no chance he could have one at that point. It would be interesting if they did it again with what we have learned in the manga but he probably still won't beat Popeye if I were to guess.

The only time Popeye has been canonically injured was when he lost his eye in the comic strip(a trait that may or may not be carried over to other media as he will sometimes open that squinted eye). He lost it on purpose, feeling he had done something so wrong he had to be punished & let his opponent knock it out of his head. In that regard Popeye can only be hurt if he allows it.

The first inkling that Saitama was in for a real fight was at 14:57 when he was dodging Popeye's swings clearly not putting effort into it, even showing off a little, then he gets grabbed. You can see the surprise on his face when that happens.

It's funny people say they should redo it because saitama has new feats, but don't realize that would change nothing. Toon force characters are as strong as they want themselves to be and can do whatever they want. No matter how much stronger saitama got, he would never win unless he became a toon himself, and even then, it might just be a tie.

Ngl, I feel like people forget toon characters can just do whatever they want because they feel like it. Characters like bugs bunny have full-on and just become the artist of their own stories and even have talked to the artist to change things. No matter how much stranger saitama gets, simce popeye has done things like punch. The guy drawing him he could just go outside the fourth wall and erase Saitama. I get liking a character, but these Saitama fans are trying so hard to make up a reason why Saitama wins.

Fun fact pop eye was used to market spinach during WW2 and as propaganda but still a badass

Its a simple and correct answer. Popeye has such a ridiculous and universal constant advantage its impossible to beat him Saitama will always grow to be stronger than his opponent. If hes not already busted he will get more busted Saitama will always GET stronger than you, Popeye will always BE Stronger than you. Unfortunately for Saitama, Popeye is a universal constant that is impossible to reach Haxx beat haxx.

@@TheOriginalJphyper pre crisis or sliver age superman is stupidity OP and pretty much works on cartoon logic. Look up the wiki on that version of super man, he had 1000's of powers. And if you where to assume all of those powers in fight, there isn't a modern fictional character that could compete. That version of superman is literally the epitome of a 5 year old saying "well my character can now do this" to every situation.

I remember seeing the live chat when this episode aired. It was zooming at 10 messages a second. Then when Saitama threw that first punch just froze.

Me to. This made me smiled.

This still works even after the shenanigans with Garo. We saw how Saitama's strength grows infinitely when he meets a challenge (due to breaking his limited). However, so had Garo's, Saitama beat him because he'd already raised his more than Garo's so he was starting at a much higher level. Popeye started the fight already effectively infinite. God turned the universe off and Popeye said no lol. Saitama would have canonically gotten many orders of magnitude stronger during that fight, but it doesn't really matter against Popeye. I guess maybe if the fight had gone on long enough with popeye continually adjusting himself to be just at Saitama's peak, then maybe Saitama could have eventually caught up.

The moment where Saitama does his punch and the kanji for "DEATH" appears and Popeye just stands there and says "I cants read that" was one of the best comedic moments I have ever seen on this channel. It took me a full 10 minutes to recover and continue the video.

And I actually know of one: the god of destruction Beerus. He used hakai on a cartoon gag character and successfully destroyed him.

And perhaps it was more expensive since it was a specific brand. 😉 The basic kinds of goods can come in different ways and have different prices. Bulk, which is like when you get a certain quantity and pay by weight. Generic, which is similar quality to bulk, and pre-packaged or canned, etc. Store brand which is a little higher value. Plot twist: many animators are working on this scene, and one by one got evaporated. It's even shown at the fight where they change animations.

This is probably the most intense fight I've ever seen. They were so strong, they went through 3 animations.
