Re-boot would be the best for the series. I don't really see how they can continue the "story" after SR4 with the earth being destroyed. However, re-booting would be amazing. Fresh Storyline and Characters, I want that gang/thug feeling in Saints Row again which kinda disappeared when SR3 was released. Edit: Yeah... No. I regret my words 5 years ago. I was really hoping to go back to the roots but this looks like the end. I listened to my gut when AoM was announced and I'm getting the same feeling here... So I'm gonna start my criminal empire to pay my student loans...I had no idea that's what I had to do this entire time. 🤦

The crazy glitches, the fun gameplay, throwing shit, beating up randoms, pepper spraying cops, nice looking and pretty good driving (For me at least), and Gangs, Missions, a good map, alot of easter eggs, secret islands. I could go on all day. I just want a reboot, or things to go back to the way there where tbh

if we do ever get a Saints row 5 game that takes the series back to its roots I will literally cry

I think the best way to go into the series is the alternative reality mean go by the ending of sr2 or sr3 to continue in different way
