Turned out to be a fantastic game, graphics are well and match pretty close to its E3 counter part Gameplay was a real step up in both variety and choice wasn't obvious (gun blazing isnt always the best option now) New things to hack are real fun Campaign and story is nice Animations are fantastic (Except jumping out of cars, and getting hit by them, can fuck up) Multiplayer wasn't the best on launch but PC port was pretty well done Not sure when they'll fix MP but as a singleplayer game (which I find the best experience) it is fantastic

I actually heard that the version of Watch_dogs 1 from E3 existed in the files but because they had to put it on either PS3 or Xbox 360 they delayed the game so it could run on the weaker console by cutting the traffic down and lowering the graphical fidelity.

It's rare that you upload, but when you do it's honestly the best~

I played about 2 hours before refunding it on steam lol idk if it's just me but the game was laughably bad. The AI consistently acted borderline retarded, the hacking was completely unimaginative and repetitive, the side missions were repetitive and boring, and it was loaded with typical ubisoft tropes including a god awful story. on top of all that it looked so completely flat and boring on not only a technical level but also an aesthetic one. I already went in with low expectations but damn was I surprised. I really don't see the appeal at all.

This video just isn't fair. Like, I get it, Ubisoft has a bad rep for over hyping their mediocre games, but saying that the games are terrible just because they didn't meet your expectations isn't right. And then to turn around and say that Watch Dogs 2 is going to suck because that's just the Ubisoft trend isn't fair to the game. It's not even out yet! Give it a chance! Now, I understand that your initial purpose for this video was to say that Ubisoft has a bad track record and to be cautious about WD2, but that's not the message that I got out of it. What I heard was yet another person saying that WD2 was going to suck because all other Ubisoft games suck. It just bothers me that people won't even give the game a chance...

What is your thoughts about Gta5 not adding any content to the story mode only adding contents to online? like rockstar not give a shit about their story and only care about online. online has more weapons and lets you own 50 cars more than story mode. and rockstar says the series of online takes place before story mode but it seems like online takes place after story mode and both of those are the same game, it uses the same engine and same physics but with a few tweaks and no animals which sucks. they said they added more wildlife but they fucking lied and not added any wildlife to online. and gta online should allowed a feature to let you play as your character offline without the need of internet.

GTA:O is making them more money with microtransactions and such, but even then, they've released a hearty amount of free content with that game, so it ain't all too bad. Running an online game is a whole different element, they've gotta be there to support that game in one way or another for it to survive. Offline games are more organic than that. You can't really force them to produce offline DLC, but I agree, as someone who doesn't even bother with GTA:O, it sucks to see it get all the support. Maybe Rockstar is cooking up something epic? San Fierro or Las Venturas add on? Never know.

i did played the game for 3 years straight since it did came out for the ps3 and xbox 360 now i'm playing it on the ps4 and i don't mind the free content but those are mostly updates instead of free content. without those updates you can't play online either way. so you must download the update. the only way that it was kinda like a content is how much it is and it does cost alittle over $100 to buy the ultimate yacht (Aquarius) which i have and i did it without modding and without shark cards. but it's fucking crazy how we gotta pay $100 just to get 8,000,000 in-game cash when the game itself is like 60 dollars. there are tons of things that are way over the price and the missions don't pay that well. i'm a rank 532 and it's hell in gta online to grind money. i did all deathmatches, got all golds for SA flight school and even have all tint camo for all weapons, done all stunt jumps, finished all missions and including heists which does not pay very good at all. i can even show you a video of my playlist of things i did online. but i understand that it's the way of the future. But i understand what you're saying flippy and i respect your opinion.

I loved watch_dogs 1 tho I did not get caught up in the hype until after it release, so I can understand why people got mad. I looked over the trailers and I can understand. Flippy, watch_dogs was shown two YEARS before it was released, this was five months, you can't really compare that shit.

Exactly. The E3 2012 presentation of Watch Dogs was a tech demo, probably even pre-rendered. The footage of Watch Dogs 2 Ubisoft has showed us actually looks more like a live video game, and people even got to play it!

Of course I know that, I explain it in the video. They lied about about their demo, and even after 2 whole years of work and delays, the final product was gutted and broken on release, especially for PC gamers. Them showing us gameplay with the exact same broken water physics and engine from WD1 doesn't mean anything to me. Of course they'd have gameplay five months before the release this time around, it's running the same engine, but unless that engine shows significant performance improvements on the PC, then I'm not going to bother playing it.

+Flippy I didn't say you should play it, it's just that you wanted to compare how crap the first one was although we had been shown it several years prior to its release, this is slated for this year. Just a side note but who the fuck cares about water physics? they aren't at all useful, soo?

It's a question of quality. Open world games are built on features that are seemingly useless but add to the overall value of the game. A day and night cycle isn't very useful either, neither are boats, or all the information you get when hacking people. It all adds up to something greater when on the topic of openworld games. Them being lazy with the water physics doesn't mean they won't also be lazy in the mission design, and given how many gang hideout and fixer contracts the game had me play, I'd say they're not trying too hard on the general gameplay either.

Flippy So, after playing watch dogs 2, I can safely say the game is a major step up from the first one. It's like the transition from AC1 to AC2.

flip, what is the reason that you don't want to make this video public? i mean, the title explains it all, to warn the people that watch_dogs 2 can be a disappointment too and not to pre-order it. i understand that crowbcat has made a video about this and it went viral, but i mean, what is the problem that you don't want people to see from your perspective about this game? ofc, i'm not blaming you dude, this is your channel and all, but it just bothers me a bit.
