@@EggEnjoyer yeah it is. They often are based off misinformation and assumptions which many of the forums are. You can be nostalgic for your old internet days all you want buddy, I remember them literally telling me to reload the map over and over for an npc to load in a region that they didn’t even spawn in.

I suggest everyone does this at the earliest point possible. then just load that save whenever u start a new game so u never have to do it again! that's what I do

Flippy’s videos have such a old KZread feel where it’s not repetitive or annoying content, if anything I could rewatch any of his videos over and over again. To be honest I’ve watched the Tony Hawk video like 5 goddamn times it’s not healthy

There was a period of time between 2015 and 2017 in which i'd watch his videos before sleeping once every few days and i would have no problem just rewatching them, like i lost count of how many times i watched the ProSkater/ThugPro videos and the game breaking glitch ones. I don't know exactly what makes them so rewatchable, but they have a really good feel to them, very old youtube like you said.

Damn the original concept for Hitman sounded so awesome! Shame they didn't use this concept for SR2&3 and decided to just give the activity simplistic objectives for the target to spawn.

or if you're under an overpass, and it crosses right over you. there's also that one guy you get on the freeway, everytime i pulled him out he got hit by a car, so i eventually just jumped on the hood and blasted him

He lives in Los Carneles turf, Carlos fights the Brotherhood, and maybe the reason Carlos never elaborated when the Boss says they don’t remember him is because he probably doesn’t want to just say “The guy in the wheelchair.”

It's particularly great because I never played SR1 (I was on PlayStation as a kid).

I love checking on this channel every few years brings back memories playing SR3 on the 360 when it was free with gold 😂

'No vin used cars" was cut because of disk space overflow. If they had to cut the kabob of all things, I think this is prob why they cut this as well.

I only have a memory of chop shop being HORRENDOUS, and a couple vehicles taking hours of pissing around to get.

I’d like to bring up that hitman is done in the speed run of saints row to effortlessly get respect on the fly.

I think a more likely guess for spawning mid air for some of the Hitman targets would be that they placed you in the back of a helicopter for the activity.

Funnily enough these two activities are both key to the speedrun! It is random but the chances you get enough respect from hitman contracts throughout the run are high enough that it's viable Chop shop we mostly only deliver the set spawns like taxi, ambulance, destiny, nightingale and Dex's raycaster

John can also be found guarding a police roadblock when you have police notoriety level 3.

About No-Vin, two (albeit unusable) stores can still be found in the Barrio district, where Freckle Bitches (but Spanish) appears in SR2, and across the road from the Barrio police station. This also implies that No-Vin was cut sometime before/or during volition redesigning Stilwater to it's modern form; using more building block copies...this redesign probably also resulted in Hitman being radically changed as well, but that's just my suspicion.

Started playing Saints Row because of you. Fired up the game, did Reclamation, and started Hitman/Chop Shop. Played for about...I dunno, 6-7 hours? The only hitman targets I have left are the wanted level related ones. I'm maybe a third-half of the way through Chop Shop. As much as it is annoying, I'm still having fun. So, thank you Flippy.

I think the worst part about the first 3 saints row games was how bad the spawning system was with EVERYTHING. And not to mention most of the mayhem missions feel impossible. Love these games but if they ever remake them they really gotta fix the glitches that affect you even completing tasks

I'd personally use the Pimpcane over the Platinum AS12. It's so much fun ragdolling people away and fucking up cars with this 12 guage beast. Don't get me started with the walk animation

Great detailed run through, it's always interesting seeing what could have been. One correction though, the Japanese version of the game does have the Hitman activity.

I love Hitman. Group them by weapon types and drive around the city looking for their model. If their model spawns, but not the right clothing set, you can set the target and then spin your camera while moving to force despawns and spawns until your target shows up or their model stops appearing. Similarly, chop shop is relatively simple once you get stuff like the custom Zenith you can't turn in. Sure, you can't turn it in, but the game only spawns a short list of vehicles at any given time, so just driving one around will make more spawn, and you can steal one of those.

Ironically, Hitman was the first activity I started and completed in full before starting any of the story missions or other activities. Worth it for all the pimped out guns.
