To be fair, the Uchiha hard carried the series. Every time a shinobi conflict was shown, either regarding politics or otherwise, the uchiha was at the forefront of every single one of them. I do think they're overrated powerscaling wise, but in terms of story and plot, they're exactly the reason why the story only lasted as long as it did. It's ridiculous to even say it, but Naruto would've never gotten strong since the entire narrative revolved around him getting stronger because of Sasuke.

One thing that’s always been crazy to me is that The Ashura Path survives a Raikiri from Kakashi, but a punch from SM Naruto completely incapacitates it

This is simply not true. Zetsu took down Madara with Obito's weakened body, something he could never have done to Kaguya. Zetsu (via Obito) manages to override Madara's sense amplifiers (Jūbi, Senjutsu and Rinnegan). Not even mentioning the fact that Madara couldn't handle the chakra it took to revive Kaguya. She is stronger and that is it.

Naruto has an idealized version of Sasuke in his head that is much stronger than Sasuke actually is. That has been my interpretation. The only point that Sasuke is stronger is early Shippuden.

Sasuke was always stronger than or equal to Naruto from the beginning of OG Naruto to the beginning of the war. The only point Naruto crossed Sasuke was when he befriended Kurama and unlocked Bijuu mode. And Sasuke was not trying to kill Naruto in the kid fight, he explicitly stated he didn't wanna follow Itachi's footsteps and get power that way when Naruto asked him why he didn't kill him back then.

@@emadahmed7145 Part One Naruto was always stronger than Sasuke. In the Land of Waves Arc, Naruto showed he was superior when he was able to defeat Haku with Kyuubi chakra. In the Chunin Exams, I still don't think Sasuke was at the point that he could defeat a rampaging Naruto. In the Finals, Naruto showed he was superior to Sasuke in his performance against Neji and later a fully transformed Gaara. No way Sasuke can do anything about Gamabunta. In the Valley of the End, Sasuke admitted that Naruto would have beat him if they both had killing intent. Naruto chose to scratch Sasuke's headband over winning the clash. In Shippuden, Sasuke is stronger than Naruto until Naruto gets Sage Mode. Then once he has Sage Mode, there's never a point in the story where Sasuke is stronger again.

W video Something I wanna point out that I've seen mentioned by another KZreadr (Satori, who's done some collabs with ThunderGod aka Thunder Bark or Woof Good and CatchDog, Loko, and a few others), but a lot of characters do end up scaling somewhat to KCM1 because of the Edo Tenseis being able to react or interact with KCM1 clones. Its kinda silly, but he does bring it up in a few videos with the aforementioned Collabs. Also, i love that you mentioned that each path can scale to being at or above Sage Jiraiya. I've mentioned it in a few different comment sections, but Base Jiraiya was shitting himself to just the Animal Path and brought out Sage Mode explicitly because he was afraid of dying to a single Path of Pain TL;DR - KCM1 Clones+Edo Tensei retroactively scale characters higher as others have pointed out and Each Individual Path of Pain>Sage Jiraiya is a W

I think fighting a kcm clone doesn’t make you scale to kcm naruto . We see kcm naruto slam 99% of the verse pre late war. And most of the edos don’t actually scale to kcm naruto in speed . Naruto in kcm doesn’t use his full speed in every fight .

Cap each individual paths are not above Jiraya, he easily killed the animal path even though he was getting jumped. You need to understand that they are weaker when nagato is channeling through all the paths and stronger when he's just channeling through one or two. All the paths has to go to sleep to even use the Deva path full power. And all those weaker paths were getting pressured by characters like kiba. Is kiba on jiraya level?

The counter to frog kumite is chidori stream, chidori spear or Sasuke's lightning sword. Sasuke's lightning sword and chidori spear are lethal enough for Naruto to avoid any CQC with Sasuke.

I see where you're coming from. However, Sasuke has always been portrayed as a speedy character, while Naruto's speed really amps up when he taps into his Kcm. So, yeah, I'm not against the idea of Sasuke being faster than Sage Mode Naruto.But, speed alone doesn't determine the outcome of a fight. It's just one aspect of the battle. It's kinda like saying Knuckles or Amy are as fast as Sonic just because they can keep up with him in a scuffle. There's more to it than just raw speed. So, while Sasuke might have the edge in speed, Sage Mode Naruto still has a whole arsenal of other abilities and techniques that could give him the upper hand in the fight. It's all about how they use their skills and strategy in the heat of battle that really counts. Outside of me nitpicking how often you kept bringing up the speed comment, I think your video was pretty solid even agreed with a lot of your points, and I'm team Sasuke but I can admit when a fight is not in Sasuke's favour so even if he is faster there's just a lot Naruto can do that Sasuke may not have an answer to.

This debate became a thing because people started to realize Sage mode's actual power level after the hype smoke cleared. A lot of people overestimated Sage mode due to the Pain fight, but in retrospect it's not that strong and only allowed Naruto to catch up to Hebi Sasuke. And even that's debatable because Hebi Sasuke's strongest attack (Kirin) guarantees one shot Naruto whereas SM Naruto's strongest attack (Rasenshuriken) is an easy dodge for Sasuke. PS: Zetsu only said that to instigate Sasuke.

Jiraiya and orochimaru are STATED equal . And he didn’t fight them both at once for any amount of time , he alternated from fighting Jiraiya, to fighting Tsunade next . He never was just fighting them both . And Jiraiya was arguably even more nerfed than orochimaru and still could react and fight

Dygoknight is great, but he is a Sasuke fan/Uchiha fan. You can't argue with them. I remember in the good old days of Naruto forum Sasuke fans were absolutely delusional all the time. There were even threads about kid Sasuke beating Tobi, Hebi Sasuke soloing everyone etc. There was always a well known saying that you don't argue with Sasuke fans because they just can't accept the fact that Sasuke is losing to anyone. That's why Sasuke used to get tons of hate. It was not because of him as a character, he is pretty cool to be honest, but it was because of his fanbase. The video about Hebi Sasuke vs SM Naruto shouldn't even be a video. The fight wouldn't last that long lol. His argument that Sasuke would use Kirin to defeat Naruto is insane as well because Sasuke needs time setting it up and he just won't have that time because he would be defeated long before that.

Honestly it always shocks me how far off people are when it comes to power scaling. I agree with your analysis here. Sage Mode Naruto stomps Hebi Sasuke. This match up really isn't even close. Naruto has speed and power on his side. While Sasuke might be more proactive in his approach to combat whereas Naruto favors a slightly more reactive combat strategy, (At least when he fights against Sasuke.) Sasuke might technically have a versatility edge when it comes to known jutsu but it amounts to nothing when compared to his opponent. Almost none of Hebi Sasuke's jutsu's will be of any effect on Sage Naruto and Naruto can one shot Hebi Sasuke in so many ways. A lot of people really don't seem to understand the significance of Naruto mastering Sage Mode. I would argue that once Naruto masters Sage Mode Sasuke never catches up to Naruto from that point on. I'm not saying Sasuke doesn't ever surpass Invasion of Pain arc Sage Naruto, I'm saying that's when the dynamic between them changes. I'd say while MS Sasuke vs SM Naruto is closer than this fight SM Naruto would pull out ahead in the end. Naruto himself even states that if he and Sasuke fought with their current power they would destroy each other much like what actually happened at the end of the series. (The fight that Sasuke calls Naruto out on for holding back and not fighting Sasuke for real.) Naruto follows SM up with KCM. only for Sasuke to receive Itachi's eyes, even then, I'd argue KCM Naruto is still the stronger of the two. Naruto later goes on to gain KCM2, and combines that with SM where Sasuke needs Jugo to assist him with mixing SM with his Susano. Naruto later gains small portions of the other 8 tailed beasts and during his final fight with Sasuke, Sasuke needed to draw on the power of all nine tailed beasts just to match Naruto.

At first I was wondering why this was made. 😂 Sage Naruto and Hebi Sasuke were two different entities at this point. Sage Naruto's comparison is Kage Summit Sasuke in my opinion. Then you mentioned it was a response video. Also to add to one argument against you, I would say that Sasuke was pretty much superior to Deidara. I think people forget that before a certain turning point, fighting off IQ and advantage was huge in Naruto. Sasuke was pretty much beating Deidara in everything (without going all out) but, he did struggle because Deidara had the advantages. Like having Tobi plant the landmines or using his dragon to stay out of range. But if Tobi wasn't there to help him with that, I think Sasuke flat out wins. That suicide bomb was the real threat.

It made him stronger. But stronger is a vague term. A person with a wider jutsu arsenal is technically “stronger.” Orochimaru absorption didn’t add all of Orochimaru’s power to Sasuke. It gave him access to Orochimaru’s jutsu and a second, hidden reserve of chakra in case his was exhausted. And we know this because Sasuke wasn’t far and away stronger than people who Orochimaru would have beaten by himself.

The fact is, Dygoknight is great, but he likes Sasuke a lot more, so much so that sometimes he is blinded by that and says stuff without thinking properly. That's why he put Sasuke on top. The only good argument in that video was the genjutsus. I expected to see him argue about it here, I dont know why he didn't. Maybe Sasuke could win because of that, it's something that Naruto doesn't have a counter for. But only if he uses that he can win.

The only thing I can think of is that because people relate to Sasuke on a personal level and think he’s a better written character, they give him the benefit of the doubt where they wouldn’t other characters. I’ve seen people argue that SM Naruto would nullify Itachi’s genjutsu, and that’s a pretty commonly held opinion. All the other forms of Sasuke got beat up, and were subliminally implied to be weaker than Naruto. After Naruto got Sage Mode, he became the savior for the rest of the story and outshined Sasuke, who just kind of sat there and watched from the sidelines. Hebi was the last form of Sasuke to really be better than Naruto. So I get it. But we have to be real.

Sage mode is pretty much op aginst hebi Sasuke. It depends how long will battle prolonge and Sasuke uses his suppirior perception and battle analysis. Tho I believe sage mode raw strengths make him above hebi Sasuke cm2 stage

I think that it comes down to durability. Since the battle (as planned by Dygo) is taking place instead of Naruto vs Pain, both Naruto and Sasuke have an entity inside that is waiting for their chakra to deplete: Kurama and Orochimaru. But Naruto at that point still has Minato as a backup to regain control, while Sasuke would be absorbed by Orochimaru. And this matters because Hebi Sasuke's strongest weapon is Kirin, and that takes time and preparation, meaning that in order to use it Sasuke needs to generate a longer battle. Sasuke has an advantage at longer range (since Naruto can't spam clones in Sage Mode at this point), but his techniques wouldn't be as effective

Why do people think that Sasuke has equal genjutsu to the strongest, most skilled genjutsu user in the series? Sasuke’s saving grace against Itachi was the fact that natural sharingan users by default have a baseline level of protection against ocular genjutsu.

Watch the fight, when Naruto ran out of sage mode and was getting pressed by the Deva path 1v1 the Deva path couldn't even blitz base Naruto, he was keeping up and then his sage mode got reloaded and he was pressing the Deva path with his strength he still couldn't blitz because the Deva path defended all his attacks but sage Naruto was tearing his defense. And Naruto in sage mode was still getting matched in combat speed by the animal path, how fast is she? Easily got caught by the Intel division. Sage mode don't give as .much speed amp as you guys think but the precog should make up for the difference, he can react to way more faster attacks. His only speed feat is blitzing the ashura path, but then how fast is he and he was also off guard.

Sage Mode is enough of a speed amp that it was worth devoting an entire panel to in Jiraiya’s fight with Pain (the falling sandal). Pain should be faster than Deidara, and at least equal to Itachi. Itachi is much faster than Hebi Sasuke, based on the fact he was able to hold back and stage an entire fight with him while on his deathbed. So to me, there’s no way Hebi Sasuke is faster than Sage Naruto. If anything, you might be able to argue Hebi Sasuke is fast enough to keep up.

Whether right or wrong you can't dismiss someone's argument by saying "oh yeah, didn't watch it". Dygoknight has some shit opinions, but if you avoid other people's arguments you lose by default, not saying that Sasuke does beat Naruto here tho, just want to say that formal logic should be thought to kids since kindergarten, the number of theists and goku stans would drop to zero

I always assumed they were semi equal. Like sasuke got the hax and naruto got the ONE PUNNNNCCCHHH!! But the curse mark is a worst version of sage and karma mark. Were he gain sage chakra but he still need a level of chakra to maintain control and MS just made them equal. But I’m not a power scaler so this is quite a shock to me.

You assumed right. Sage mode was only a means for Naruto to catch up to Hebi Sasuke. And that's stilll not enough because Sasuke's strongest attack (Kirin) is a guaranteed kill for Sage mode Naruto whereas Naruto's strongest attack (Rasenshuriken) can easily be dodged by Hebi Sasuke.

Why would he go after Itachi then, if he still considers himself weaker than orochimaru? He noted how neither he nor oro could take on Itachi during tenchi bridge arc but was confident when he knew surpassed orochimaru he would go after Itachi.

Manga says Sasuke didn’t use orochimarus chakra ,also Sasuke didn’t have access to the chakra because he was the one suppressing it

Sasuke's incredibly intelligent but also incredibly impulsive. You asked why he went after Itachi as if the series didn't make it clear Sasuke would seek smoke immediately if he ever saw Itachi. Plus Naruto as series at this point didn't hit the: you must be kage++++ level to be relevant, so strategy could influence a fight. Sasuke's entire life purpose at that point was killing Itachi, he should be "better prepped" for Itachi than Orochimaru

I think for Sasuke, It was the exact point to get rid of Orochimaru. After that point that orochi was failing, Orochi would just make a plan to weaken Sasuke, so the smart move would be Kill Orochi before he starts planning. It was the between having orochi supervising Sasuke's growth and Starting the ritual to Take Sasuke's body.
