I so agree. When I started watching this I started to wonder if she had any dance experience with the way she was using her hands. Made me think she might have studied ballet. The choreography on most of these dances were pretty advanced and the precision was so professional. She should have won. Oh well.

Maybe Mark was the better overall choreographer and I know he choreographed many things professionally but I think Derek was better at choreographing around his partners strength, weakness, and abilities, but the reason I stopped watching was Tyra Banks

That girl is special. She is what female role models should be for young girls! She's talented, confident, has morals and family values, and has a positive outlook on life...not to mention she has a very natural beauty. I recently read something where she commented on a modeling experience where they attempted put pressure on her to lose weight and change her appearance with tons of makeup. I'm glad that she chose not to fall into that trap! Good for her. She's a doll just as she is.

I started watching that season of DWTS because of Bethany Mota (beauty KZreadr) but after a while, I was more interested in Sadie and Mark, haha. They have great chemistry and Sadie is a wonderful person.

Probably because she was still a minor when this season was filmed, and her dad had a lot of say when it came to certain routines and her outfits.

You'd think she'd been dancing like this all her life, she has such great talent. I watch her video's over and over, she's pure, and that adds to her so much.

Although she is very talented , it brakes my heart that someone who goes and proclaims the name of Jesus to others and tries to be an example ...would dress this way and make some ungodly moves ..that don't betrae a good example. The Bible says "come apart and be ye separate" separate from what? The world !!!! There are some things that only need to be done and some skin that only needs to be shown to ones husband !!! God wants us to be Holly and purified!!!!

Ughhh I loved her so much on this show. So sweet and such a good role model for all girls and women. I miss Mark so much on the show 😔😫 he’s my favorite.

This girl is a QUEEN, loved her then love her now, the fact they didn't win is sad.

These were some of the most creative beautiful dances ever on DWTS and Sadie was AMAZING! Such a beautiful, sweet, creative, lovely young woman.

Sadie did a fantastic job on DWTS. She is very talented and has legs for days. So happy she took that leap to perform on DWTS. WOW! What a challenge. She stepped up and did herself, family and Father God proud. And the Christian community along with the youth.

My favorite DWTS contestant PERIOD! She was so amazing! No dance experience and became a phenomenal dancer thru the show. She had so much fun each week and just was such a nice and sweet girl! Wish more celebs were as kindhearted as her.

She's a beautiful young lady with a wonderful relationship with God.

It's hilarious how many so called "christians" in the comments there are judging a young girl. She wore costumes that were all approved by her father and were very age appropriate and modest. Her dance partner kept her dances age appropriate and modest while being fun. Isn't god supposed to be the only person who judges us anyways? It isn't very christianly to judge others including this talented young girl.

I'm not a "so called Christian". I am "real Christian". I would never let my daughter wear that and shake her hips like that on stage at my church so why would it be acceptable anywhere else? I think your logic is a bit twisted. And you also have weakened sensors to what is appropriate or not. Just because some people find it inappropriate doesn't make them a joke. There are way more modest ppl out there than her, her family, and you....and there is NOTHING wrong with being modest. It would be shameful to mock modest people with higher standards. Now about the judging thing, you are just repeating what you have heard others say. If you read the Bible you would know that people can judge too. Otherwise why would there be the book of Judges? Why would we need judges to make decisions. Now bring it down another level to just your average person or 'Christian'. The Bible says and I quote to "judge with right judgment" (John 7:24). It doesn't say not to judge. In 1 Corinthians 6:3 it says, "Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life!" Matthew 7:2 says, "For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you." So with that being said someone wearing a bikini shouldn't judge someone wearing shorts. If you are going to judge someone, you have to hold yourself to the same standard is all the Bible ever says. Besides if you saw two stores next to one another, one selling sugary junk food and the other selling all natural health food at the same price wouldn't you want to tell people about it and lead them to the right choices especially when it comes to your own daughter? That is not judging. That is just giving people knowledge that could help them, not hurt them. To do nothing is not loving. If Saddie could do the exact same dance in a slightly less low cut top and short skirt/shorts, then why not lead her in that direction? And there are dances out there that are just as amazing and beautiful that don't require you to thrust your hips. Just saying.

In The Bible David was a murderer but it said that that David was a man after God's heart. God knew he wasn't perfect But he knew his heart. Christianity has nothing to do with being perfect because no one is perfect but Jesus. It sounds like you're being awfully judgemental yourself.

To say that you can't judge somebody if you're a Christian is the most Ridiculous statement. Let get real now. Everybody passes judgment. Nobody is perfect and yeah I'm sure a lot of people self included didn't want to see that little girl showing that much of her body to the world. She is a great dancer tho and I love her preaching.

Ballroom's different types of dance do require a little bit sexiness, like Argentina tango. It is just part of the dances.

It’s called dancing with the starts not seeing who can be more sexier!!!! It’s a dancing show and the judge on the dancing!! At least 85% of the time!!!!

The show was so much better and fun to watch when Derek and mark was on, their both so creative, it’s not the same without them.:/

I watched an interview where Sadie said that she was so nervous before her performances that she was in the restroom sick before each performance. She sure did shine once she was on stage. She is one very talented lady.

Easily my favorite of Mark's partners. His choreography was so inspired this season week after week

She did an amazing job!!!! Dancing is a HUGE form of celebration in our culture and she did a GREAT job of expressing all of the different forms of dance here. Besides, there are even passages and scriptures in the Bible about celebrating through dance. Expressing yourself through dance is completely fine culturally and biblically. She certainly did them both justice.

I loved watching dancing with the stars with Sadie Roberson from duck dynasty, I love all her dresses that she wore on dancing with the stars

Amazing dancers😘 I've seen DWTS LIVE 2yrs in a row in Cincinnati, OH and they are most talented, beautiful, amazing dancers I've ever saw!!!💜

their argentine tango remains one of my favorites! i loved the dancing with the guitar! plus i loved her dress for that dance, she looks great in that color!

I was so pissed their paso was dragged because of the "setting" and props they used for the dance. Sadie was precise and SHARP with the dance itself.

And I hated the criticism that they gave about how Sadie shouldn't have really needed to raise her arms because she is already a tall woman. It is a traditional part of the Paso to bring your arms up like that! They're gonna be critical at something that Mark wanted to bring back into their dance??

Yeah they sure had her on long enough if they didn't think she was good enough I don't even watch this show and can't stop watching she has a natural ability and even when she doesn't do perfect she's still so good and outshines everyone else

Ugh! I JUST LOVE HER SO MUCH!!! I loved Alfonso this season, but this girl was amazing😝😝 Her Samba and Freestyle gave me life😍😍

She is one of the best celebrities they've had who didn't win. Most other seasons she would have. But, considering she was going against a professional dancer... funny thing is the show didn't make a point of that or hold it against him, like they have other celebrities with dance training.

I sure miss the old DWTS... last year was crap. Thanks for posting these, they were one of my fav couples!

The Charleston dance was by far my favorite dance and costume. Those lifts! Perfection.

5:07 Derek Hough is the MASTER of the Charleston! His Charleston with Sadie was as iconic as the Charleston he did before with Amber Riley

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Mark is the smoothest dancer they ever had. He is an organic dancer. Every step, hop, extension, move, looks natural and what should be happening in that moment. The only other dancer, in my opinion, to have that naturalness of movement was Gene Kelly. I could never be a judge if Mark was dancing. I always get swept up in his grace and forget to watch his partner.❤️🌹👍

I dunno...I am a believer as well, but her dances all seem kinda lackluster, like her partner is just dragging her through the routines. I've seen a lot better, with a lot more spark.

Lol I love reading these comments like really? If her family had a problem with it, they wouldn't have allowed her to do it (she was still a minor at the time living under their roof). Her family even joined in for the samba performance! Since she _was_ a minor, her partner Mark Ballas made sure to run everything they did past her mother, her father and the rest of her family. If she or any of her family felt uncomfortable with anything he planned, he would change it up to better suit their comfort level. Dance is an art form, especially at this level, and too many people these days sexualize it way too much. She did a phenomenal job on the show and since then has not seemed to have faltered from her walk with God. She is a beautiful Christian woman and congrats to her and her husband on their new child!
