Too bad we don't see where you put your multimeter wire on the capacitor. I guess is center with one side, and center wih the other side???

It is not a regular multimeter. This one is designed to test capacitance resistance inductance measuring meter.

You didn’t show what settings on meter you used. Was it ohms. Capacitor is rated in micro farads, uf.

you are correct. if you watched the video you will have seen the meter, the settings and the readings. so please before commenting watch the entire video. then if you see something that you think needs correcting I am all ears. thank you.

I totally agree with Charles. You only show the dial position on your particular meter. No one is going to go out and buy what you have if they have a meter just as good as yours. And Charles was also correct in how you pronounce micro farad. Basic electronics 101.

@@crusin73 thanks for the reply. We watch to learn how to do it. Most people wouldn’t be interested in how I changed my tire on my car. Neither would they watch your channel just to watch you do it without trying to learn how to do it themselves. You sell yourself short when you say you’re not trying to teach people how to do it.

I mean its an interesting topic but that racket you picked for "music" is so obnoxious I had to mute it altogether.

The music is quite annoying but also distracting. Most people are looking for narration, not a DJ.
