Rustic Bed Build! + Strange Coyote Sightings near the Cabin / Ep109 / Outsider Cabin Build

I built a rustic bed for the cabin using curved cedar logs, and 25-year-old cherry wood that my dad cut. I also help my grandfather and uncle fill in the century old, hand-dug well on the old homestead. Finally, I've had a series of strange encounters with...some kind of wolf, or large eastern coyote...

Lost count of how many times I said WOW during this video, while the mother in me was so worried when you hauled the bed pieces upstairs! The bed is a masterpiece, truly. Also, I lost my 98 yr old grandfather 2 months ago and it made my day to see yours out there still working on his property. As always, much love and respect from South Carolina.

Same for my 98yr old grandmother. That's a generation of strong people. If you believe the Native Americans, I believe your answer about "tin tin" would be your father, watching over you, your family and the cabin.

Not so for this family of believers in our Almighty God. His Dad lived the Lord and his Dpirit was Born Agsin into the Holy Spirit and therefore has entered Heaven for eternity. There is no spirit in Animsls ,God only created human beings in the likeness of God and breathed the life of the Spurit into humans. That connection was broken by Afam & Eve when the disobeyed God and listened to Lucifer instead. That is why Jesus Christ, Gods only begotten Son, took the sin if us all upon Himself and paid the price by dying on the cross and in 3 days GOD RESURRECTED HIM TO A NEW LIFE . That is the working of the Holy Spirit of God and to live with God here on earth and enter Heaven for eternity we must be BORN AGAIN.Please read The Gospel of JOHN CHAPTER 3 for clear guidance for forgiveness of your sin. Animals on the other hand God created along with all other livthings abd gave mankind dominion over them all. Animals are born with very strong senses. These are not to be confused with the SPIRITUAL LIFE of mankind. Also any other Spirit form on this earth, if not of God , is Demonic. Ehen God cast Lucifer out of heaven forever, for deciding he was going to be God, Lucifer had deceived 1third of the Heavenly angels and so yhey ,along with their chosen leader Lucifer were cast out and theg team the earth with satan seeking whom they will deceive abd destroy until Christ's return , the 2nd coming of Christ, when Lucifer aka satan the devil, baal, buddha & all other manmade religious figureheads, will be cast forever into the pit of hell. And ALL mankind who do NOT accept and serve CHRIST as Saviour and Lord here on earth ALSO go to hell!!!! It is your SIN of NOT receiving the redemption bought by Jesus that condemns you to hell, NOT ehether your good, or kind, od virtuous etc. Salvation returns you to one on one fellowship with God your Creator. Hope this helps many of you find your way back to your Creator GOD. Blessings to all who believe AMEN.

Hard to describe what it means to watch your videos. On one hand, it’s a guy with amazing creativity & strength building a gem of a cabin in the Canadian woods. But it’s been within the larger context of life-remembering your mom, remembering you and your dad working together as of one mind; grieving those losses with you; watching you as a blessed diversion during the uncertainties of Covid, and -for our family, watching with my elderly mom, now with the Lord, who took great interest in your project. So all in all, there are many memories and emotions as we watch each new video. Thank you for pressing on!! Do be safe! Stay Well. And God bless you and your sweet family! I Cor. 15:58

I don’t know what neck of the woods you’re living in. But I have seen these animals in Ontario. They’re known as a bush wolf. Not a Timberwolf which is larger. my grandfather was born in the 1880s in northern Ontario. And they were around when he was young. And I believe they’re making a comeback from almost extinction. I have personally seen one myself. and he wasn’t the least bit intimidated by me. Cheers great video as always.

To say WOW would be an understatement here. Lets just say "You have done it again my cyber friend". How can you not claim to be an artist? Everything I have watched you create with your hands has turned out to be pure gold. I give props to your dad because he has somehow bestowed upon you his creativity a seeming legacy in your family tree. The arched wood and wagon wheel has finally found their respective and proper places. It takes an artists eye to see and know where beauty belongs. Apparently you have that gift. It's a selfless thing you do to allow us, your viewers, to share that beauty that you orchestrate and bring to life. Once again I give you my unworthy THANK YOU. Me southern AZ.

I love the idea that your dad is ck'n up on you. 🐺 "Coywolf" These are a real hybrids in nature. I have a Docu DVD on them, they've evolved! First found in east Canada, but by now have migrated W, and many down into the northern US states. We see them in my neighborhood of Ptld, Oregon, like 3-4am. Their skeletons were found and examined. They have DNA facts to prove this. Plus the size IS between that of a Wolf and Coyote. They run away from people - refuse to be drawn in or become domesticated. They learn humans' habits - come & go in towns. I doubt you need to worry, but I'm not sure a small dog would be safe against them. Just say... "Hi dad, what do you think?" 💫

I honestly don`t think I have ever seen a more inviting bed in all my 73 years. Top workmanship on that! The canine was gorgeous too, whatever it is, and some stunningly beautiful autumn colours. Another super chapter in this incredible story. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

OMG the bed turned out so good! I love that you are using left over pieces you found, take time to let the wood to cure and find a purpose for everything. You are honestly so soothing to watch, your editing of the videos is so therapeutic. Thank you for keeping your videos so consistent over the years even through all the tough times, excited to see the first camp/stay in video when you are done!

I've been anxiously waiting for a new video, but this just blew my mind! OMG that's beautiful. It's my dream bed. I wanted to find one made out of logs just like this but they're so expensive.

I had an Uncle that lived in Picton ON area that built a headboard from small pieces of wood from all over the world. A beautiful handmade work of art. It was sold at a yardsale after he passed away. I often wonder where it is now and hope someone is enjoying it. He was a very talented carpenter and a great Uncle. I love your channel. May God bless you and your family.

I love your cabin. The attention you give to even the smallest details is commendable but so far I think the back door is my favourite. The bed turned out beautifully. It seems to me the coyote finds you fascinating - some animals are extremely curious.

Zero question Tin Tin is your Dad’s spirit wonderfully saying “I’m here” ❤ He has a special coat so you’d be sure to notice him. Today your Dad is Tin Tin, maybe later he moves to a hawk, or another form :) Point is, he is there and will always be.

I belive that when we have a loved one that dies they come to visit us, if that coyote is staying near the cabin it could be your dads spirit keeping you safe.

This cabin gets more cosy every time I see you make something else to put in there. That bed looks so comfortable and will be a lovely snug place to stay on cold Winter mornings 'all you need for it now is a big thick chunky fleece blanket to put on the bed'. Best wishes to yourself and your wife and daughter.

Using meaningful components in the bed construction was wonderful. I’m sure most of us viewing this wished we could take a nap in that bed, in that cabin, in that setting.
