Seam sealer and underbody sound deadener/Stone chip are your friend. At the end of the day, it's in, it's solid, and it works. Well done.
G180 and a 5 speed you guys will fall in love with that Gemini
Very satisfying to watch. There's an old lincoln you can hone your skills on next 😉 JOGGLE
A for effort, at least it’s better than it was and you’re actually having a go
Rusty nugget joggle sounds like something i'd have to look up on urban dictionary!
Fave day of the week nothing better than a hot coffee biscuits and an awesome episode of Hackshop
It's good to see that Nathan wore goggles when he made the joggle.
Great idea with the masking tape, ill be using that idea when i need to do repairs to my cortina
You guys put some fun into the unfun jobs 😎
I think Dolly Parton is handy at sheet metal work, pretty sure that's what she sings......Jogglene.....Jogglene......Jogglene......
Getting covered in rust dust! Better than going for a joggle in the morning! GJ boys
Pan break is the name of folder with fingers.
Boys that seams* like some really hard work. Appreciate you showing us the effort you went too to joggle that patch!
The Gem has now, 85% more torsional rigidity
I think you have increased the structural integrity of the gemmy 4000%. 🤣🤣🤣. Well done boys. Great job
Never joggled the KZread app open so fast as when i see hackshop has uploaded
Great work boys, as someone who is going through the same pain staking process i feel ya!

@@HackshopGarage soon hopefully I want to start doing fun stuff :)
the mind boggles at the thought of using a joggle.🤔
Great work on the Joggle! Dealing with rust in my HZ ute at the moment, it definitely eats time and looks worse before it starts looking better
you had a bead roller right behind you, use that to put your joggle in
Ask the old man les for the trimmer whom to use in east keilor . The boys there do amazing work. And les knows them well boys
Your rust repairs look good and know body is ever going to see the rust repairs so don’t worry about it boys.
Hahaha the Site Inspections quote! 😂😂😂
Probably already been mentioned, but the folder you were working with is a pan break. Bloody handy to have for this type of stuff
Interested in swapping for the Gemini, would you take a joggle on the jetski?
@09:47 A Joggle is pretty close to what Nathan is describing, It's a bit like a Dog-Leg ha ha. Although I don't think using a Dog's Leg would weld in well or smell very nice when you try to weld it ha ha ha!
The mind boggles when you use a joggle! Weld done video on the Gemmy, that's one less rust spot you don't have to worry about!
Nice stuff. For those areas who cares what the welds look like. Go have a look at the 70s Holden's and Ford's welds from the factory 😳. No wonder they rusted...
Great job
Excellent work, guys. My doggle 🐕 and I are most impressed 😁(she rules my shed 🤙🏼)

And I thought you said Doggle, not Joggle 🤣🤣 Old age and all that 😁
Top job fellas.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just think about how cool it will be cruising around in a Gemi.... Wait, you could work on the HQ🤷🤣
Swiss cheese maybe?
You guys have been watching that guy, inspect homes too... lol
Buy a cheap wheel barrow and cut the wheel well curves out of it.
Finger folder
Joggel; a fabricated piece that jogs of in one direction and lil off in another hahah😅
Maybe get a spare wheel well cut out of a early commodore. They will probably be close.
Lol "This is non compliant" I've seen that guy pop up on youtube
Dont be to fussed about the welding and once you get the basics and the gear it's a bit like Poker. Takes minutes to learn and years to master. I think we have all had to fix some rusty steel over the years. I have had a lot of luck on questionable joins in steel flooding the joint with cold galv paint before using the seam sealer. I came across a car that I had bodged 17 years earlier and the areas that didn't rust were the ones I had used the cold galv . I ran out of it that weekend and those patches had just about fallen out with rusty joints. I was surprised it had even lasted that long.
Another great episode, What ever happened to the ford XF?

@@HackshopGarage@HackshopGarage Oh, bummer, I just inherited one from my father-in-law and was looking forward to watching it and following along with mine.
Invest in your future lifelong skill set and do a couple of tafe night course's in welding, the excuse of you don't have the time falls on deaf ears
It's good to see that Nathan wore goggles when he made the joggle.
