Its because Ukraine has been at war for years and russia is rusty as fuck at war, also the Ukrainians are dug in like fuck all their positions are fortified and the only chance they have to over run those positions are with tanks which keep getting blown up by javelins and nlaw missile launchers. They're in a horrible position their only option is to send men in to get mowed down and use their numbers to hopefully win.

Has anyone seen any Russian heavy tanks like the T90 in any of these armored columns? I've watched a lot of combat footage and it seems like only light armor they are sending in, which seems odd.

The ruasia they are split into small group each of 6 to 10 light vehicle. This show 4 vehicle only so maybe some got away after the ukraine ambuse them

They learn in ex yugoslavia wars ( especially battle for Vukovar where 2k CROATIA 🇭🇷 soldiers with AKM s and few RPG s destroyed over 100+ tank's ) and in 2014 those Croatian volonteres help 🇺🇦 army and train them ( battle for Mariopol) Let the T 90 s to enter into street and if 🇺🇦 forces immobilise first T 90 ( whit mine , tank traps✖️)and last tank in line they are all sitting 🦆 for anti tak wepons ,so they are scared to go into urban areas where they have not 💯 support of boots on the ground . They used T90 in that back stab attack from different country ( Belarus) to conquer big open spaces in-between city's but seem to even there they have problems with logistics bcz there are vids of russian tank's on road's waiting for fuel . I had training on T 84 and few times on T 90 ,, that are good machine's but not for urban areas , SLAVA UKRAINE 🇺🇦 FROM 🇭🇷

@@USAR8888 its not really doctrine for heavy armor to enter built up areas. bad visibility and anti-tank weapons around every corner are a nightmare. the heavy units roll through the countryside and avoid and isolate the urban areas. the pockets get liquidated by infantry. its only day 4. and those heavy units are slow gas hogs with high maintenance needs. but yet, Ukraine seems to be holding their own. all we really get is snippets of video though. none from russian side i seen. be interesting in future to learn more about tactics and strategies of this war that we cant see through the fog.

Really puts life into prospective

No blood, vehicles looked wrecked inside but look like hit with small arms. An RPG would have obliterated those vehicles. I don't know but seems not right.

Вот после такого отношения со стороны местных русская армия начала применять артиллерию и танки по городским кварталам . Корректное поведение армии не оправдало себя. Дальше пошла классичская война русской армии . Как в городе Грозном будет пейзаж

Тут без разницы как ведут себя люди, Украину не взять, это стало понятно на 3-4 день, поэтому следующая задача стала уничтожение инфраструктуры для того что б тяжелее было вступить в нато и ес, это было очевидно, либо резкий захват и целая Украина под контролем, либо максимальное разрушение всего

@@ww3032 from what I what I was able to gather they honestly thought they were on a peace keeping mission and didn't expect much fighting

Crazy just 70 years ago this spot was fought constantly over multiple times between Soviet and Germans and here it is under siege again.
