Russian Alphabet Part 1- Russian Immersion

Learn the Russian alphabet using the immersion method. This is the first video in our Russian language series for beginners. You will learn five Russian letters, these are the letters that are almost the same as English. Alexandra will speak only in Russian. This is the quickest way to learn a language. You will learn Russian faster if you learn by listening to Russian. But don't worry, all our videos will have Russian and English subtitles.
The letters are А, К, М, O, Т.
Intermediate learners may enjoy listening to this video as comprehension practice.

I prefer this style compared to your other videos. More immersion this way. Her clear pronunciation is extremely helpful. Would like to see more! Thank you for this.

Hello. I am a frequent user of your site and today as I clicked on a lesson, I was redirected to a "address not found" page. Is the site down for maintenance? Thanks for the lesson, by the way. Keep up the good work!

Thank-you for the feedback! We will record the next part this week. (But it will probably take me another week or so to animate and subtitle). It will be about 7 letters that look like English letters, but sound different (The most easily confused letters). I will post a link here when it is done.

These videos and especially your website, russianlessons.net are so useful. What I especially like is how practical they are. Unfortunately I live in India, so I can't practice it much here, but I'm enjoying learning Russian very much. Your videos and website are top-notch content. And I can't say how grateful I am that you have audio samples on your website pages. It almost feels like personal tutoring. I've realised (a little late I admit) after trying to learn French that it's much easier to remember the pronunciation than than the spelling and that that greatly undestimated the need for listening in the early stages of learning a language. Thank you very much, for all the help, and for introducing me to Russian.
