@@janicem9225 There is a difference between Lord and LORD in Hebrew and Greek. Just as there is between elohim and Elohim. Jesus is Lord not the LORD. He is a elohim not Elohim. This confusion has led the whole world into Apostasy. No man is the Elohim. Psalm 146:3. Isaiah 43:11. Deut 13. Sorry but all elohim will be honored Rev. 3:9, 3:21, Rev. 21:7. But never as the ONE and ONLY Elohim.

My daughter suffered for 20 years hearing voices in her head. Then she was baptized by full immersion. She came up out of the water only hearing 1 voice, the Holy Spirit. She has been fully recovered for 10 years now. Praise Jesus.

Only God can tell the future he planned. 770,000 words, 3,300 names. The Book of Revelation tells us what will happen in the 7 years before Jesus returns. Mathew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 tells us, along with other chapters, the signs of the end times. It's quite possible Jesus will return in 2031

I wasn’t bought up with faith, but at 16 I had a tragic family incident and the same day had an open vision of Christ on the cross and astonishing peace. I didn’t know open visions were in the bible as I’d never read it and my foster parents were atheists. I never had anything remotely like that happen after, no other vision. I do believe Russell’s faith is genuine as he has been consistent in his spiritual search for years, he will suffer some persecution and some rejection from the materialistic West. But it’s an honour to be persecuted for loving Jesus. Beautiful Jesus bless Russell.

It's been 15 years and I still an on my journey of faithfulness. We are cleansed through faith not by works. This is the revelation of Jesus Christ.

I was baptized as a child at 7 years old, but I didn't get it. I was baptized again as an adult once I had lived a life of aimless, meaningless worldly pursuits and relationships with unbelievers that did not satisfy any of my spiritual hunger or feed my personal longing to know God intimately. With me, it seemed more of a process than "feeling" any kind of instantaneous difference. After deciding I wanted to live the rest of my life for Jesus Christ, I slowly came to realize I no longer had the desire to live recklessly or aimlessly, then I realized the Bible made a lot of sense to me and I wanted to go to church and be with other believers, then I started to care more for other people and I developed the ability to care about all people, and have pity for others who didn't know Jesus and were unable to understand why I wanted to follow Him. It was at this step that things really started to change for the better in my life. Since then, I have never once been worried about my future. I have hope no matter what. It was like having my feet stuck in really deep, thick, heavy muck.. not being able to move, then as I grew in my faith, the muck turned more and more liquid until it was just clear water, then steps appeared and I was able to walk right up out of the water and stand above it in dry ground. Then I was free, and I remain free. I am redeemed, liberated from the miserable existence I had without my Savior.

Go for it dear one... NO NEED to be part of a denomination, NONE of them. No churches, just DIRECT relationship with and through Yeshua/Jesus ALONE. Bible + prayer + your heart + Jesus = Beginning of your REAL connection to our Creator. Be blessed...

It’s been a few years but the waters aren’t washing away our sins. Christ can only do that but, it’s a GREAT symbol to move on with our life in a new light so that the world, Christ, & Christians can see our genuine want for change. 🔥🙏🏻

It sounds like he’s embracing the religion of Christianity more than entering into a personal relationship with Christ. He mentioned finding other religion’s traditions beautiful. Someone should ask him if Jesus is the only way to heaven. That would prove whether his conversion is genuine. Jesus isn’t just a way to the Father, He’s THE way. There is no other.

Remember as he is a famous person full of the highs of attention and fame. He is still a babe in Christ so indeed he may well still mix Christianity with worldly rubish. Let God deal with him. The Lord is Gracious and Longsuffering. Let’s pray he is sincere and not another JayZ or Justin Bieber who were just following a trend

Congrats, brother Russell! Many of us have prayed for you. You can be such a great light of testimony to the world. Your baptism is your proclamation publicly that you are a believer. The symbolism is burying your old self and being raised to new life. Jesus did that for you the day you allowed Him to be Lord of your life as you repented of your past sins and turn to Him instead. Learn about the jewishness of our faith in Christ to deepen your relationship. Seek out how Jesus has already fulfilled 4 of the 7 feast days of the Jewish people and how he will fulfill the last 3 when he returns. Don't stop searching for His truth. Amen!

I feel extremely JOYFUL and BLESSED to have another beautiful brother in Christ, Russell. My expectations? I would THINK, as with myself, JOY and a little nervousness (as I had never been baptized before) and very excited. I guess, it's like a hypothetical "washing away of my sins", so to say, making me fresh and clean, sin free as a newborn baby. I was 9 years old, I believe, when I accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and Savior (thereabout ) and 47 when I was baptized.

You are now a walking testament to Christ. Make him proud.❤

That's the thing Baptism is not a ritual, it's a REPENTANCE. It's not regret about your SELF, or remorse about your action towards OTHERS, it's REPENTANCE which is about leaving out GOD. It's deep and life changing and continual. Your repentance is like cleaning out the foyer, the journey is about continually getting the rooms of the highrise cleaned out. Baptism without deep honest repentance is just a bath. I hope he's genuine. He'll have to burn all his tarot cards for a start. That's what I did. Turfed out every idol I had. Life is peaceful and genuinely lived now.
