Ruslana was a russian model that debuted in the middle 00s, she was known for having a very long hair and such a beautiful face, she never really was household name but was consistent with her carrer, she got campaigns, editorials and walked in major fashion shows alongside nowadays supermodels.
On June 2008, Ruslana tragiclly died by falling from a building in NYC, the police at the time said that It was a suicide, although there were theories saying the opposite, these were not investigated...
Ruslana used to have a blog where she wrote a lot of poems, in one of them she wrote this line: "My dream is to fly. Oh, my rainbow it is too high"...

She truly had, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful faces in modern history. She almost looks like she was created in a lab, with those piercing eyes, perfect cheek bones beautiful hair. So sad what happened to her.

@@user-hg7xs2pj5s Why "Russian"? She is from Kazakhstan. Alma Ata was previously the capital of Kazakh republic of the Soviet Union.
I love that she has those kind of lips that look like she’s smiling, and the way her eyes are soft. She just looks really sweet, she doesn’t have that stony cold look so many models have when walking the runways.
Stunning beautiful young girl , and so sad about her passing. :(

Most people who knew Ruslana well did not believe that she ended her own life, or was "driven to her dearh". They believe that foul play was involved, that it was a homicide, that someone threw her out the window. Many details in this case such as the distance of her body from the building, and Ruslana's reported mood and behavior at the time, and the way her schedule was normal on that evening, her involvement with some shady types (including that religious cult), do seem to support the theory of homicide. I personally believe that there was foul play, and that someone else/others were with Ruslana and that one or more people were responsible for her death.

I could have never admire a woman so easily and deeply, perhaps as I'm also a woman so it's expected that I just thought all women are the same, ya know, no matter how good looking they are it's all back to that curves, that body, yeah don't we have all that too, but ofc they're good looking and it gets toxic as we realize we are so far from achieving their beauty standards so admiring other women ended up as pain equals to nothing to admire afterwards. The only woman I could stay admire to the end was Lady Diana, feels good to look at her without needing to compare with myself at all and I could not think of anyone else after her. Just found out about Ruslana today from the commentary video on her death, Gosh... it's good to see a woman looking so beautiful like this.

No she was probably murdered by the Rose of the world cult. Friends and people who knew her rejected the idea she committed suicide. Her arms and neck broken once she fell, her hair cut shorter like if they used scissors.
