If you end up doing more of these it might be nice to have another account follow you around. Just to have a perspective of how dumb you end up looking wandering around in the fog. Maybe have the cam account footage play after you manage to figure out where you are or something. I love the concept though

my favorite part of this idea was having Framed hide you somewhere and then you have to find a way back. Seeing other OSRS youtubers hide you places and then chill with you while you find your way somewhere else is a gem of an idea imo

Loved this video and I have some feedback about the potential future of this concept. I agree that the most entertaining part is you trying to figure out where you are and how to get out, but once you get to the quest start it gets a little less interesting. I think part of that will be remedied by doing more complex quests but that could also be a nightmare. Perhaps this just becomes more of a "Get from point A to point B" type of thing? Maybe you choose the ending point, and a friend chooses the starting point? Hope this returns in some form because it was too funny to be a one off!

I really like the figuring out where you are concept. Maybe have a contest with friends with taking turns of putting Fogateer in places and having them figure out where they are and once they figure that out ask them to find an NPC in the area. Do a couple rounds and the winner of the Fogateer Fog Off will be the person with the lowest cumulative time to figure out the locations and find the NPCs

The slow burn of you not realizing you're in Giants Foundry until that payoff when you realize it's too late is perfection

J1mbo. I've been pitching an idea around I think is really interesting but no Ody has noticed or seems to think so. A mirrored play session of RuneScape. The whole interface is the same, except mirrored. Innlventory on the left, falador is east of varrock, ect. Nothing about the game changes, but I guarantee the most skilled players will struggle. It doesn't even have to be interfaces, just simply the game window. Inventory could stay in the same spot.

I’m metaphorically lost and watching you be physically lost has helped me astronomically. 10/10 content would recommend.

When J1mmy explained how he was going to get someone to put his character in a random location I instantly thought of the dragon's cave on Karamja, and I'll be really disappointed if Framed doesn't do that.

Reminds me of when we would play Pokémon as kids going through the caves before unlocking the Flash HM.

J1mmy, here's a thought; Make this a dual series with Framed (or others who sub in and provide commentary) on a character that follows you around, records on normal view settings and the video pans back and forth between the 2 views. Just a thought, keep up the great work man!

So I was binge watching J1mmy’s vids while doing some thieving and this one came up and it just hit me. This shit would actually be a really cool competitive way to play. Like you have one account. Ultimate iron man obviously. The way it’s played is basically like let’s say 3 people and you roll dice or rock paper scissors or whatever to determine who goes first. Winner plays first, second place gets to move the character to random place. Each player when it’s their turn to quest has to find the quest giving npc within the time limit. Then you just keep going around doing quests until one player cannot find his way to the quest giving npc in time. They are then eliminated and the game just goes until one player remains. Idk if it’d be good content but I think it would probably just be a funny thing to do with a group of friends

Back in highschool we played a game called Kidnapped, it's basically irl geoguessr. Two teams have one person go with the other team blindfolded and they get let out in a random part of town. They have to call their team and figure out where they are so they can help their team find them and get them back to the starting point. Fastest wins. You could do exactly that with the fog and tele other lumbridge.

I'm not good at most things in Runescape. I couldn't kill Jad at a really high tier with good stats and equipment on leagues 3. I would never claim to be even proficient at the game in any way, except this challenge. Every second of this video I knew exactly where J1mmy was. It makes me feel good that I've finally found one thing in this game that I can claim I'm above average at.

In my restless dreams, I see that game. Runescape. You promised me you'd take me there again someday. But you never did. Well, I'm alone there now... In our 'special place'... Waiting for you... Waiting for you to come PK me.

I think the best way to use this concept would be to have a friend give you a task and then put you somewhere in the world, and you then have to go and do it. Like, starting with easy shit like "make a bow!" to things like "find this npc" I feel like it would be a hoot, just to see you struggle through the world like that. especially if you stay relatively low level, compared to whatever danger you come across. the hill giant part was a hoot.
