I grew up listening to Run DMC in the mid 80's. I never realized their music was mostly drums with very few other instruments until this documentary I watched a couple years ago.

@@johnsmith70599 Thank you for your compassion. Nothing is wrong with me John. I made that statement in reference to the condition the world is in and how Jam Master Jay actually died. The evil is at such a high level I believe in my heart we will see the Good Lord's return very soon. GOD has been very patient and long-suffering but I just know this can't go on much longer. I believe all God's promises and that the dead will rise first with him and we will be reunited one day. That is where my original post came from when I said be seeing you soon my friend. Jam Master Jay played a significant role in my growing up and I look forward to meeting him and shaking his hand one day in the glories of heaven. God bless you Mr Smith have a wonderful day.

Shit, I was dmc. I know the words to every song they ever made. Nobody knew these cats like I did. I feel kinda stupid about it now but I ate,slept, run DMC. Had the sky blue posters. I was in a lip sync contest at valley high as DMC. Cazells fat laces, brims, lee jeans, b boy stance . Dat was me. They were beautiful. J was the number 1 dj. He taught dj scratch . Dj scratch can hit that transformer scratch with out a line switch on his fader. Cross fader.

One of best Run DMC songs, as a white kid growing up on Real Hip Hop and Heavy Metal, this song gave me more education than HS history ever did, now they teaching critical race theory and not about how the color if skin means nothing to the beautiful mind that resides in us all is the most awesome computer on Earth, plus being from Columbus, Ohio, was proud to be home of Jesse Owens showing Hitler what time it was, America ain't perfect but we all in this together, so many countries around the world want us to fail and come here and kill us all, white,black, Latino, Asian...cause we are free
