She's even adorable when she takes a bite at the end. That's not easy.

I guess it's kinda randomly asking but does anybody know a good website to stream newly released series online ?
I had pakora as part of a sampler appetizer at a local indian restaurant it was made superbly well, it was so crispy and they paired it with a delicious red tomato and onion herb sauce whatever the sauce exactly was it may be a secret of the restaurant actually because i liked the sauce so much that i asked them what it was made of, they gave me the impression that most of their of drinks and sauces are made in-house as i also ordered a delicious mango lassi that tasted like fresh mango
I made these tonight and they a really fantastic. Crunchy and tasty with a little heat kick. Thanks Ruby keep the recipes coming! 😋
Looks delicious. Will definitely try it. Thanks
Brilliant. Really enjoyed your demo!
In india we traditionally don't have "courses".. so .pakoda is not any starter, pakoda just can be had as evening snack..or with lunch or dinner with rice or wheat chapati along with other accompaniments
Looks fantastic!!!
Great video! I haven’t attempted pakoras yet but I’m definitely going to 😊
The happy dance at 14:49!! 😀

Preety rubby thanks for sharing jazakhallah

Try half the size next time. They come out much better!

l agree...I prefer my pakoras to be much smaller; and l was instructed a cooking class not to compact them before frying; that they should be somewhat loose for more uniform cooking
Ruby vid? Instant like.
Superb...
Making these as soon as I get some Besan
is under cooked potato every an issue? Looks great. Will try soon- just need to get the flour
Deep frying is a pain and a hassle with all that oil, but if Ruby says jump, I jump!
What is the awesome elevated circular cutting board thing? I want it, can I have it?
Those were huge. Mom would make me tiny ones
Why pemoras instead of bajjies . Very nice thanks
Those are massive - how are they an appetizer?
Good. It will be better if the measurements are given for each ingredient. Also it will useful ,if you mention measurement of input versures wt of out put(pakora).

Mine sucked ass hahaha. Was not able to eat them sadly. Not sure if it's the fact that I didn't use gram flour or what
Hello, can you tell me the kind of oil you use to fry the pakoras please.
@UpendraVishwas

always use vegetable oil or sunflower or peanut

Fry in any vegetable oil with the highest smoke point corn, canola or sunflower
Well done. Now, let me get my teeth into one of those if I may. Pot luck, please. .
Did the flour really need sieving?

No! Indians would never. It's an outdated western habit which I wish people would stop doing.
thank you... you sound soo british...
Looks good, next time try it in the airfryer.
Are you Australian or English?
I have zero intention of making this. I'm just here for Ruby.

She’s an absolute doll (and that accent 😌)...but I WILL be making this.
What dialect is that?
Soaking the potatoes in water is totally unnecessary. Just add extra water after you've added the flour to the mix if needed. Sifting the flour is also unnecessary.
Img glad you got rid of the hair you picked off
i dont know what that was... but its not a pakora....next aloo tiki will be a hash brown...

Of course not - it was roast beef and gravy in disguise. Now please would you care to teach us how to make the real thing?

@@tonipepperoni3424 I was actually being sarcastic in response to OP's comment. . . which is why I invited OP to demonstrate the real thing.
