I was a Freshmen in High school when he won American Idol an 20 years later. This song still gives me chills.

I was living in Ireland when Ruben sang that song on American Idol. Therefore everyone over there knew that song very well already. Ruben's version was better than the original. I remember having tears in my eyes. What a joy, all these years later, to hear it again, and to realize that Ruben has done brilliant with his musical career.
