You can also 0-cycle MoC 10 first half with Full DoT team (Gui, Sampo, Kafka) with Ruan mei with ease. I'm impressed with Ruan Mei's performance and how she elevated my favorite niche comp.

I love her so much, you can skip so many annoying fights in Simulated Universe with her technique, even one phase of a boss fight so you can just worry about the second and 3rd phase

I love how broken she is, she made fighting Gepard so easy compared to when I did’t have her. the fact that she clears all the mob is such a game changer.

Welcome back! Glad you’re doing better. I love longer videos like these where you explain your strategy more in depth. I was able to beat floor 11 and 12 of MoC, but not within 10 turns so I only got 2 stars on each of them. Part of it is probably my mid relics and the fact I don’t have the resources to improve them yet, but I think part of it is also my lack of understanding of what each enemy does and more advanced techniques. So I love videos like this that help me learn more about the game, please keep them coming!

Ruan Mei's buffs are insane + Welt slow is broken. I thought he has a cracked Kafka, but then he showed his build, and outside of the new DoT set 4-piece bonus she is pretty average. It just shows how strong Ruan Mei's buffs are.

So glad you posted this. lol This is exactly what I've been talking about regarding team building and strategies. There isn't just 1 single way to do things and in fact, a multitude of ways to get the end result. Ruan Mei has me using Jing Yuan just to blow up the board again and laugh maniacally about it. I love that stuff.

Having both E1S0 (I run S5 Memories though) Ruan Mei and E2S1 Bronya, I would say their overall value, for my account with 20+ level 80 characters and with fully/nearly full maxed traces, along with 20+ level 80 light cones, full +15 relics, etc, is about on par. There are some instances where I value Bronya's extra Turn mechanic more and some instances where I value Ruan Mei's generalist support+break enhance more. I can't in good faith put one above the other for my own box, but I can say that the value of having both at your disposal is incredible. I wouldn't say either makes the other less valuable at all. Both are great value adds for your account, going by own experiences. Losing sight of Ruan Mei's value due to arguing about which 5 star support is more preferable, to me, at this point, seems like a waste. Supports are so important in this game, so anyone unsure about getting her, I wouldn't be worried about not being able to find value through her. You will find it so long as you build her with what she needs. A pretty safe support that seems to work with pretty much everyone and most setups. If you don't have Bronya, I can't begin to recommend her enough, because you really want at least one of these 5 star harmony units on your roster, even though having both is ideal.

I have E1 Ruan Mei and E1 Bronya. They're both great. I don't use Bronya very often since Ruan Mei's release, though. Maybe it's just the novelty of having a new S-tier support? Perhaps if Ruan Mei had been in the game since 1.0 and Bronya was the latest limited banner character, I'd constantly have Bronya on the field instead of Ruan Mei. Tough to say. What I do know is that Ruan Mei goes a bit beyond Bronya's "fits on any team" versatility by having extra synergy with Welt (giga-lockdown). Ruan Mei might be a better 2x DPS enabler.

Her straight damage boost on my hypercarry team effectively doubled my damage, which means it borderline acted like a 100% crit rate at 100% crit damage and I think that's incredibly amazing. She also doubled and occasionally even tripled my DoT team's damage too. It's incredible really because my DoT team greatly appreciates the multipliers.
