Luocha and Fu Xuan are incredible units that should last a long time. Unless future sustain units do something insane, they're not going anywhere.

I pulled for the light cone, and she is busted with it. Passive healing spam plus her healing on the lowest hp character on ult means she keeps everyone topped off. Not to mention an additional 10 percent damage increase. Ngl it's wild

Yeah, I've learned the value of 100% crit rate Jingliu from my 0 cycling ventures as well. My heart goes out to you. It happens more often than you would think. Especially on the skill because it hits so many times; you will start noticing that sometimes an individual hit doesn't crit and does lower than the expected dmg. But yeah, your setup is similar to what I would use for this. I think Huohuo is a great alternative if you want a third support but don't want to be at the mercy of enemy rng (granted, you can reset now at least) via having a source of healing/cleansing too. And, it's funny, relating to you yet again, I also lost my 50/50 on Huohuo's banner (but picked up E1 Bronya at least which I don't mind at all) and had to go back in. The damage wasn't quite as bad thankfully, only needing to spend 21 bucks to get that second pull at 81 pity. I'm glad to have her though and it seems like you'll be enjoying her as well. Good showcases. ♥

Huo Huo is great for my team. I use Huohuo, Tingyun, Bronya and Jing Liu. Jing Liu is having a backpain from spamming her ultimate.

To think I only got her because I needed a second healer that didn't suck, had Beilu but her heals were random, at least with Hou Hou I can guarantee the 3 allies that will get healed

She works SO well on my dot team. 100% glad I got her

Huo Huo is nice but since i have Luocha and Fu Xuan and can Auto MoC 10 atm i dont pull for her, i wait what future updates will bring and how hard floor 11 and 12 really will be. I also have Gepard and Lynx as backups if really needed for some kind of super hard content. If there is nothing better till her rerun and shes really needed i can try to get her by then. I guess we are at a point right now where players who play from the beginning can be picky which chars are needed for an account.

Got her on my first 10 pull thanks to god( and the pity i built up not getting jingliu and single pulls on seele's banner) and then proceeded to use 20 pulls on her LC it was worth it( didn't get it but got a couple new ones and S5'd the one with clara and natasha on it for her so)👍🏾

I'd be interested in seeing a future showcase for clara ( hyperspeed clara lol? ) since you haven't done one if I'm not mistaken ane I think you'd enjoy her playstyle especially with topaz.

I think Huo Huo skippers are going to regret it later just like Luocha (I was a Luocha skipper). I had the worst luck possible on this awful banner so that's unfortunate, but I'm glad I have her now. She's going to make my teams so much stronger now, I can't wait to fully test her out.

well i mean... You can just ask yourself which characters don't need energy and their ult, then there's the answer

I use huo huo kafka sampo and asta and it’s crazyyy and more then enough skill points, you are right you really don’t need to use her skill every second turn if you have a ult up on a char and levelled up talent you can heal back from under 50% to almost full hp pretty easily for free.

Her ult get more value the higher the max energy of a unit as like shown here with Jungliu.

currently I think the little details of Huo Huo kit is not big of a deal but maybe in the future Huo Huo fix many characters and her rerun will be much more valuable for even who have Luocha

Ever since I got Jingliu, Honkai Star Rail has been a much more fun game to play because I love her playstyle. I pulled for Huohuo because she enhances Jingliu's kit and the playstyle that I like. So I pull Huohuo to make waifu Jingliu more fun. It was worth going through the scam banner. I did lose a 50/50 while trying to E1 my Huohuo, but I got to win an E2 Bronya. So yay for that.

Yeah my Jingliu makes the game sooo fun for my account too that instead of getting new characters, I might just build her over the years whenever she gets her rerun. Plus I love her design and character so much! I too got HuoHuo and she’ll be amazing with my Jingliu. I’m the type of player that only likes few characters which is good for me because I don’t have to pull for new characters all the time. I can just continue building what I have especially when they get their reruns like HuoHuo and Jingliu. My plan is to get Dan Heng IL at e2 and Fu Xuan at e1 with their sig lc next and they’ll last me for a really long time. As long the characters gameplay are addicted which they are after using them for supports, I’ll continue to build them whenever they get their reruns!

I will focus on getting 5 stars supports like ruan mei ( and i will go for her E1 ) after that i will focus on bringing up both my 2 main DPS with reruns focusing on their E2 . After that i will return to pull for new characters and experiment new things . The question mark are nihility characters that will powercreep Kafka's supports

I can run triple DoT with Huo Huo its so nice!!!!! My Kafka team is eating GOOD!! its wild.. Huo Huo then Ruan Mei THEN Black Swan and I'm PRAYING that Guinaifen will be in Black Swans banner.

For the DOT comps, HuoHuo saved 2 cycles compared to my previous MoC runs. Her power is insane.

I'm legit liking Huohuo as a unit and I didn't even get her on my Main: (I got her on my alt account: Ie the one where I got Topaz in 20 pulls Tingyun and Bronya off the Beginner Banner and Welt and Gepard off standard in 20 pulls. She came like 10-15 pity after I got Topaz on the account at like similar pity. (I don't expect the Luck to last) and this luck ain't on my main (Though my main is randomly Lucky from time to time) but the Luck basically is telling me to play my alt some more. I legit am more Prepared on my alt for MOC then my main was for a while after the Tl50s/60s

Didn’t have a healer other the Natasha so when I got huohuo at 15 pity I was happy. The attk% and regen was a bonus after I had pulled her

So I've only seen 1 issue with Huo Huo in terms of her being a solo sustain. Now my experience was only during her story quest but I had a few friends who did pull for her have a similar issue. There are times where you just get a block of enemy actions, like 3-4 in a row and you have no ults up to get in a heal quick, and one character gets targeted and would either get uncomfortably low hp or just die outright. Where at least with Loucha you get the passive heal every 2 turns which still isn't perfect but it helps a lot. But that's been my only real concern with her, otherwise she seems really good

Man, as a f2p player, I'm jealous about that e2 Clara. I use her on my main team with Topaz but she's just e0, actually the 5-star I got from the beginner banner.

I need your opinion, i'm a f2p, downloaded since dhil, my sustain are lynx gep and nat but i feel like i need to swap nat with a 5* sustainer, i like huo huo, i'm a pity 50, with 100 pulls, my plans were save to pull hanya and specially for ruan mei, now i was thinking: can i try pull for huo huo, then build pity in sw banner for hanya, and then try to pull ruan mei or just save to have 100% ruan mei? The thing is if i save and dont pull hanya in the first 20 pull then i'll have to continue and i dont want sw i prefer huohuo

Quick question if you don’t mind, Smack. Do you think Houhou’s light cone is worth pulling if you already have S5 of all the 4* abundance light cones and Bailu’s 5* cone at S2? Basically, is it that much better than everything else?

Not really cause what you want from abundance LC are the effects. From what I have tested out if you have enough ER on the LC that Huohuo can get her ult back consistently quick then it's good enough.

Her lightcone kinda sucks. Most would not recommend going for it when you have good 4 star options to use. Unless you're a whale, don't pull for it.

her light cone is the better option, but the other 4 stars and bailu's light cone can work on her too, it all depends on what you need. look at what he was using, natasha's lightcone is good for energy regen, but the outgoing healing for ultimates is useless on huo huo since she doesn't heal with her ult. the lightcone "shared feeling" is pretty good on her since increases outgoing healing by 10% at S1 and 20% at S5, also when using skill grants 2 energy at S1 and 4 enegy at S5.

Man, I feel this hard! Lost a 50/50 & got my Clara trying for Topaz, but Hou Hou got talked up so much I got her… really love her too! Even leveled to like 40 & level 2 traces, she was keeping my dot team alive in sim-U. Fun fox girls!

Would Huo Huo be more effective in a team with many DPS because of her team ATK boost?

Huohuo is amazing I got her, but Fu Xuan feels more comfortable to use for me especially in swarm disaster.

Have you seen Ruan Mei’s leaks? Would her all type PEN boost be a good buff for Jingliu instead of Pela? I like everyone on Jingliu’s team except pela personally and I wonder if Ruan Mei can fulfill that spot

all type pen wont beat out def shred which pela offers, just run both ruan mei and pela, with either bronya or tingyun and jingyun pops off

Have you tried out Shared Feeling LC for HuoHuo?

Just pulled her and I have Kafka and an e5 sampo plus the new 2piece set that boosts ER then damage for same element for my sampo is busted.

I got E1 Huohuo accidentally, got my first one at 83 pity while winning 50/50 then got the next one on the next pull. Gonna try and snag a couple Hanya on the Silver Wolf banner then save for Ruan Mei. If I get a Silver Wolf early I’ll have E2, and I’d rather get that then get an Argenti. I’ve got Blade E0, Jingliu E0S1, Seele E0, Jing Yuan E1S1, and Qingque fully built so I won’t ever need another DPS for the rest of time.

I got Bailu, E4 Lynx, Loucha, and Fu Xuan - honestly can't even bring myself to contemplate pulling for HuoHuo. I'm pretty sure those four sustains will allow me to MoC 10/12 for years to come. On a side note, I managed to get my Jingliu to 3717 Hp, 2928 Attack, 960 Def, 131 Speed (using attack boots), 27.5% Crit Rate (Rutilant Arena), and 242.3% Crit DMG. I can still farm better gear for her, but I'm satisfied with what she's rocking.

Nice Jingliu. Mine's at 4001 HP, 2703 ATK, 993 DEF, 160 SPD, 21.7% CRate, 200.6% CDmg (HoGF / Rutilant). I have all of those healers, too. My Jingliu: "idc i just want a harem of potential teammates lol :D"

Ngl same I also lost the 50/50 to Yanqing (got to 75 pulls 💀) but got her in next 20 pulls after. You’re definitely guaranteed of the banner character after and they tend to come earlier most times. If you have the resources you can still try to pull for her especially if you don’t have a 5 star healer but if you’re saving for someone for 1.6 then pull till 30 or 40 and stop if she doesn’t come early. But healer sustain is better than buff support to get through MOC and any events with waves (ex. Exorcismal Chronicle).

Huohuo is the best sustain for the DoT team with the Atk% buff and energy since most of the DoT characters have a little bit of energy problem.

Luocha is much more comfortable to use, auto-play or not. Huohuo just brings more value for players who want to try harder.

Even if those 4*s weren't trash, I already have E6 of ALL of them. Even Arlan despite never having a rate up. He practically haunts my account. F2P so it's not a whale issue lol

fair enough, i will say though that if you have e6 of all the 4*s, it doesnt matter that theyre trash, bc you can get all the hsr starglitter (cant remember what its called lol), altho if you want to wait for someone else, or a banner that has 4*s you want eidolons for, that makes a lot of sense

trust me bailu is good. i had huo huo bailu. weirdly i find bailu is more comfy than huo huo for sustain team. huo huo must pair with presevartion chars.

@jefriphang2694 how would bailu have stopped you from being one shotted, though? Cause even with a 10% damage reduction, that character would've still been toast more than likely. And sure, she does have an imunity to a character dying one time. But he just does a crap ton of damage. It's best to just nuke him before he can get there. Or using a defensive path of resonance

I definitely couldnt afford her. I was at 5 pity and only had 10 pulls saved up from Jingliu. But i used those 10 pull like i do every banner and somehow i got her on the second pull. Sadly i dont know what to do with her. Seeing as that i have Luocha and Fu fully maxed out and traces capped. Maybe some day down the road ill bring her up until then ahe rides the pine.

When i did my 40 pulls for her i went on a emotional roller coaster... see when i was clicking through they showed me hunt... and that means yanquing... i cried would be the second time he robbed me. The first was blade and i couldnt get him agter thet but it paved the way for jingliu... but right after him i saw the abundance and considering he was first i knew it was impossible to be bailu since i technically just lost a 50/50 i want from pure despair to joy in 2 seconds

Huohuo is such an amazing unit, if you looked at her kit it was obvious she was gonna be better than Luocha. Sadly I lost my 50/50 on Topaz (haven't won a single 50/50 yet) and I want to get Ruan Mei so I won't be pulling for her.

I'm a new PS5 player. Got E6 tingyun, Jingliu, Bronya, Welt, Himeko, Lynx E0, Pela E1, and the recently added HuoHuo. I am currently at pity 0 no guarantee with 90 pulls left. I will do some pulls on 1.5 on SW banner (maybe to get Lynx to E2). I was wondering if I should pull for Blade. I really don't think Himeko can help me too much with MoC. At least not without crazy ammounts of investment. I will reach lvl 60 soon, and I'm gonna slowly start farming some relics. I just want to clear MoC. Not interested in 0 cycles. Does anyone who has similar team comps can shed some light on this? With current team comps, and some needed investment it's possible to clear MoC? Or I should get Blade in 1.6? I saw some interesting stuff about Dr. Ratio, but he seems to be (as hunt path would suggest) single target focused. Dunno if that's the best for MoC. Also i am interested in Sam (fire destruction). But, if I build Himeko now in wait for SAM, does not seem too efficient to have 2 fire dps...

Dang, JingLiu doing that much damage with the ice set? The quantum set for some reason makes her deal more damage, so with that same setup, you probably would have almost broken 400k. Only issue is that it works best on quantum weak enemies. Even still, that's a big old poggers right there. 10/10 video

the quantum set is good cause the def pen stacks and works well with def shred from either pela or sw and if ur using her sig LC even better cause that has ignore def as well, ice set is viable as well due to the crit dmg increase for 2 turns
