The main reason is because it was only ever issued on the movies motion picture soundtrack and not on any of Roy's album releases or singles. That is also the main reason why it wasn't included in the MGM Box Set released in 2015.

This is available on a CD album, "Roy Orbison - Best of His Rare Classics on Curb Records D2-77481. Got the CD in 2009. Fantastic piece used in a film titled False Witness, then changed to Zig Zag. A George Kennedy special. Pity the film is not available on DVD.
