Just looked her up on Marine Traffic, she's just cleared the Island of Newfoundland after leaving Montreal on May 8th, she's headed to Gijon, Spain and scheduled to arrive on May 18th.

The blades are replacements for the blades that have reached the end of their service life on older wind turbine installations. It turns out that the blades are not lasting even half as long as they were expected to. The manufacturer in China is having to divert production from new installations to take care of the sudden demand for the replacements.

Take a drive through the midwestern US, whirlybirds everywhere.

I would imagine those huge blades are a bit awkward to unload.
