I've lived in Texas all my life, in this relentless heat and humidity, and to think this legend was inside a hot ass Texas gym pushing his body to the limit...well it takes a LOT of heart and passion.

Ronnie's gym reminds me of my old boxing gym. Just a total dump; duct tape covering all the ripped bags, ancient blood stains over the ring, the windows ALWAYS blinded shut. It was the best place to train and everyone there WORKED. Was great.

No vegetables harmed during this video. 😂 Love Ronnie. Extra bbq sauce. Yah buddy!

At least for 20 years, he did that almost everyday. There is no dramatic story but this clip touches my life.
