54 is a dream size and i used it to describe on 58 a lot. However, pls make sure you compare 54 with 58 in person before pulling the trigger. welcome to watch world ☺

I have seen quite a few KZreadrs uploading videos about getting "the call", together with my recent experience at my AD made me think that the stock level is gradually improving, or perhaps there is just fewer demands now 🤔

Congrats again KC! Delugs makes great products! I have the snap box and the zip box for my collection. I see you're a lucky man getting lots of calls from Rolex. There are two different ways ADs in Hong Kong deal with customers. Most only allow walk-in purchases (no waitlist), while other ADs allow waitlists of 3 watches but only for 6 months only. Which one do you prefer more KC? Waitlist or walk-ins?

Interesting question, if I have a good relationship with my AD, I would say waitlist is my preference, but if I don't think perhaps walk-in is the way to go, granted it would then become a game of luck (or who is the fastest). Do you have a preference?

Got the call on the Rootbeer myself, I'm due to collect it next week, has I've had to wait a couple of weeks for it's availability,it's the 1 watch i definitely wanted so was surprised to get the call less than 12 months after i expressed interest in the timepiece 🙏

Hey KC at 9:20 pepsi model red and blue looks more of a ruby and dark purple , where current Rolex pepsi has very dark blue bezel like black and red also very dark

Yes even I have notice that on some Pepsi gmt , recently i have seen the blue more darker on pepsi maybe it’s just me or your point is right

Yes iPhone at the moment. Don’t think I will switch to a camera anytime soon for two reasons: 1) I don’t have the skills to use it, and 2) iPhone is easy to shoot on the go and in impromptu situations

Thanks for the videos you uploaded they helped me a lot. Have you ever attempted to remove any patina? I have seen some videos online showing different methods.

Big congrats on your BronzeBay58! It is a wonderful piece and bravo - it is a bold move to purchase the BronzeBay58 as your first luxury piece! I love the dull down patina look so have no intention to clean it up for now. But if I changed my mind, I will certainly make a video about it 😎

Videos like this are so annoying. While in one respect we are happy for you and your purchase, but on the other hand we have a very hard time believing this. The first thought is that no watch was purchased and this is all a giant commercial for the watch carriers/cases you showed. The second thought is that if it is real then you only got the watches because you have a KZread channel. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. I would love to see a normal guy/girl post one video saying: I was on the list since this date, purchased from this store, from this sales person, and didn’t do anything special other than put my name down and check in from time to time. Go my sales person if you want to be treated fairly. I will do this someday, maybe, if only to help you peeps out. Cheers to my brothers and sisters in Rolex waitlist purgatory!!

I certainly didn't mention to my AD that I post videos on KZread so I don't think they are aware, unless they somehow recognised my voice and didn't bring it up. Your suggestion is solid and would be beneficial indeed. I think I would have gone with your suggested format if I wasn't running a faceless channel. Thank you for your feedback nonetheless!

Two tone models are eveywhere easy to get, jfyi, the steel ones are more in demand, but I dont know why people still havent noticed this, appart from that, I ll never buy your watch roll because of the long annoying ads in this video

No one wants two tone anymore. Rolex will struggle to offload them. It's funny how they are making out these things are rare when they are mass produced at 1.2 million a year soon to go up to 1.8 million within the next 5 years, just as world economies are crashing. Suck it up Rolex. Rolex are on a path to failure. you have to be really into this hobby deeply and be unbiased to see it though.

I love my Rolex 2-tone Rootbeer in rose gold. It is my grail watch and was purchased as my 2nd Rolex from an UK AD. I waited 8 months to be offered it after my 41 DateJust. I think certain PM models are harder to sell now as they look a little gauche in today's 'cost of living' climate... however imo the Rootbeer is very subtle and classy. Rolex micro-manage their supply, so even with greater production in the future there will certainly be no glut of watches available. Rolex will preserve their luxury brand identity at all cost. I'm in it for the long-haul. 😊
