Yenaibi : this is what i call a review of a Rolex, rather then compare it with a new fake,.... Motivates me more to buy a Rolex.

Great video. What a gorgeous piece. Three years on the wrist and it looks nearly brand new. You're right about the crystal and bezel...defiant of age and wear!

Great video. I've worn mine daily for 21 months and the side of the case and bracelet/clasp is scratched but the bezel and crystal looks just like the day I purchased it. Very comfortable watch and love the glidelock, I use it all the time.

finally sold my 20 year old stainless sub and upgraded to the blue dial 18K solid gold sub... can't be any happier with it, a work of art.

I wore my first Sub for aprox 10 years daily and only major damage was a chip on the crown. They are truly tool watches meant to wear that's for sure! I traded it and some other watches for a PP 5167 which isn't nearly as durable.

The watch looks massive for a 7.5” - 8.0” wrist. Looks like your wrist is closer to 6.5”

dont polish your watch ever. reduces the resale value and character. unless the blemish is so unsightly your must do it.

You wore it for 3years and it never pick up any scratches? I saw videos on youtube that ppl bought a submariner and after 2 weeks it pick up scratches. And you wore it everyday and even outdoor, be honest now.

Lawrence Welsh mine was purchased at a Rolex shop in Salt Lake, Utah called OC Tanner. With tax $9,100. But if you have an out of state address you can usually talk them into taxing sales tax off!

I’ve had mine 2 months. The Crystal scratches WAY more than my Tudor BB. Even my Seiko 5 lasted longer than this. Otherwise , it’s been great!

Hey nick, you can use Scotch brite to get rid of all does scratches.

Yep. I use a moistened 3M kitchen pad with a one direction soft push on the pad and it works wonders.

Nice watch. But, I'd feel unsafe walking around in public with such an expensive watch on my wrist.

No one ever notices or even cares what is on your wrist....I have only had one person notice my stainless steel submariner in one year of wearing. You will draw far more attention wearing an all gold finish Invicta Pro Diver than you will a stainless steel submariner.

@@Ferien7 There are far more train spotters than there are Rolex spotters... ....just make sure you are fully insured as every Rolex owner should be. Enjoy your watch and wear it when and wherever you like ....

The only people who really notice you are wearing a Rolex are other Rolex enthusiasts. No one really cares what you are wearing. However, one caveat. If you know you are going to be in a sketchy part of town, don’t wear your Rolex. Thieves will steal your watch regardless of the brand. 😊

What’s everyone’s deal with this. I measured my wrist. All my other bracelets are for an 8” wrist. Sorry to shut you down but I mentioned it so people could gauge how it looks on someone with a pretty average wrist size like mine.

Wow, that Rolex lasted for 3 years, and it only cost 8 grand!

thebudkellyfiles well it will last for generations. This is just the west and tear it's picked up over three years.

Never polish your watch - it will kill the value over the coarse of time!!
