Thanks for the fact that we do have a recording of Jeff Beck's performance playing his guitar. On this particular afternoon.❤️🔥 That's the only blessing I need as I listen to the two singing and jamming together to a great song. Thank God we still can hear Jeff Beck and Rod Stewart as a duet 🥰

Music is the key that can unlock one's inner feeling(s) that reside in some cases, dormant in our souls till that combination of melodic genius meets the refined precision of a master such as Jeff Beck.🎸 He has the ability to reach deep into our souls, and touch parts hitherto unknown. It's an awakening of spirit to be sure, what we choose to do with this gift of course is up to us. Appreciate, share, marvel at his use of time and space, how he shapes the very essence of each thought, and can transfer his gift to everyone.🎸 Some of us are more fortunate than others, when we can connect with him on a different plain, where he bridges that gulf of time and space, it is a true connection, that we are powerless to control, we revel in every moment, the cadence, the tenor, the timbre of each note can take us to another dimension. 🎸 My heart and soul become one during this embrace, and the feeling is one of pure delight. Thank you Jeff, when you gear up, there truly is a disturbance in the force, and it is heavenly, sublime. Rest In Peace in God's grace, my friend, you are truly missed.🎸

Jeff Beck sure mastered the art of being himself on his instrument! Super inspiring.
All I can say is thank God we have these film memories of this!!!
Jeff some of my best memories are firmly connected with you and they will remain so forever. I know someday in eternity we will see each other again. 🙂🥲
Today as I'm sitting on my couch just looking outside. I'm listening to Jeff Beck playing that guitar and Rod Stewart singing. At this present moment in time I'm giving.
Tai is back there shaking her head: "41 years old? I wasn't even born then and here I am now playing with these legends." Must be an incredible feeling.
I was lucky enough to see the original Jeff Beck Group loads of times at the Manor House in the 60s. I saw Hendrix, Cream, Fleetwood Mac, Ten Years After, etc. but these were the greatest!
There is something very comforting watching Jeff Beck play live. There is always the chance of something that you've never heard before but never with the worry of a screw up. He is just soooo familiar with his instrument a true artist that's a joy to hear.

That "dancing on the knifeedge"-thing is why I had to not listen to Jeff for a while. He made me so uncomfortable as a guitarist and listener; how the hell did he transform an atonal fluke to a perfect new lick that no-one knew how to recreate? I got Jeff Beck'ed.
The worlds finest guitarist has departed. Rest in peace Jeff.
so long mister Jeff Beck and thank you R.I.P.
Saw The Jeff Beck Group at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. while Ten Years After opened and the Moody Blues went on next unknown Rod was walking around in the audience not but a few feet away. After that night never forgot Rod or the Jeff Beck group. Amazing $3.00 TO GET IN.
Makes me cry everytime...Thank you Jeff
Saw,these Guys on the first U.S. Tour in N.Y. after The "Truth" record came out .They were a bit raw but feel it was a definite historic time . Not many Musicians have the lasting Passion, individual super Creativity like Jeff. It's innate . The, other Band I was fortunate to see at Carnegie Hall was w/ Cozy Powell the Great -the Rough & Ready group .They were so Tight , & did both albums back to back. These ,days are gone but Legends do Live On/ God Blessed Jeff Beck. and I miss Him Yes.
May Jeff Beck rest forever in the Peace and Joy of the Lord God in Heaven..! Among all the Great Guitarists of his true Renaissance Generation... Jeff Beck, from the perspective of 'innovation' alone, which itself could never shine without other great skills on the instrument... is rightly 'home' within and among the Echelon of the Greatest Guitarists of All TIME..!
Yeah, there's no doubting Jeff Beck' talents and along with Rod Stewart they created a classic Rock ballad with this song "people get ready , and it doesn't matter what version you watch, and I've seen at least three 3⃣ different versions in videos and they were all great 😊😅😮😢😂❤😂😊❤😊❤
What a great moment to see these two together ....Rest In Peace Jeff...

Absolutely tears to my eyes.... R.I.P. Jeff
I got to see Jeff and Rod in the ‘Truth’ tour at the Rockpile in Toronto I think it was 1968. Was amazing and loudest band next to Iron Butterfly I ever saw.
Stewart and Beck are great together.
I am so glad I was not there. If Rod Stewart came onto the stage and sang this, unexpected, I would have had such a joy that I would have probably gotten arrested. This Stewart/Beck version of this Curtis Mayfield's song is my fav. I have been a paid musician for 48 years (bass player) and this just gives me goose bumps on the outside and on the inside. Just love this. The studio version was a creation beyond words. GB you all. Bru

When I saw your live performance at the sports arena in Osaka, I was moved and shaken. Your death is truly a shock and very sad. Jeff, thank you so much for letting us hear your wonderful music. Whether you're a fan or not (and I have to admit I'm not a massive fan of his music) you have to admit Jeff Beck is a stunning guitarist. Unreal.
God Bless you, Jeff Beck, for teaching us how you could make a guitar sing. You’ve been one of the greatest guitarist for so many of my years. May you rest in peace as you go onto your next adventure!♥️🥂🌈🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Way back in the 60's Rod was the vocalist in the Jeff Beck Group with Ronnie Wood and Nicky Hopkins on keyboards, check out their 2 great albums,'Truth' and 'Beckola',you won't regret it,they are still 2 of my all time favourites, and they are over 50 years old!!!!
We were humble support band to Jeff Beck band when Old Spiky was singing sleepy East Dereham Norfolk U.K., Nicky Hopkins on keyboards. On bass was Roy Wood. Beck borrowed my ‘62 Strat. Made it sing. And his playing, like here, always serving the song, so intelligent. Wish I could travel back, could be there now.
We all gonna miss the gift he brought to so many. Never forget his talent. Rest easy Jeff.💔

Still gutted about this man leaving us. Had the pleasure of having a pint with him in a basement rock club in Wardour Street about 89/90. Told him i loved the Yardbirds and nobody sounded like that till his work on Roger the Engineer, the unofficial name of the Yardbirds first studio L.P. He laughed and set "yeah, but it sounds a bit shit now don't it "?. Totally unasuming and a good laugh, just made my day , he just having a pint with a fan he didn't know.
