I think Ryan’s situation is seen as disrespectful because he’s a young fighter with a big social media presence, a lot of kids look up to him and people see him as setting a bad example. And kind of contradicting himself but the way he acts even though he says “ I’m trying to help the kids”

I remember Haney used to have Ben Davison and Mickey Bey in his corner and training with them idk what happened to that, but Bill was never a boxer and him being the head trainer was seen as not working in the Loma fight, he doesn’t know adjustments against high level fighters or in tough moments, so a change is definitely needed in my opinion, you can’t teach a chin and Ryan or Gervonta level of power but Devin does need to get stronger I never see him working on nothing except leg workouts and cardio

The only thing all of these fighters need to do is fight at the same weight and stop weight bullying just to get the advantage.

Haney should have stayed with Floyd or trained with Shakur and Crawford. Those are his best options for his style. Haney needs to learn to clinch and not hug on to his opponents for dear life.

People have been saying Devin needs a new trainer for a while now. The Haney Stans are the ones who felt differently. But Haney has soooooo many flaws in his defense that once he went up against a fighter who was the same size as him and is faster as well as stronger, he got exposed. I AGREE DEVIN HANEY NEED TO GO OVER TO COACH CALVIN AND COACH KENNY, TANK DAVIS TRAINERS TEAM OUT OF BALTIMORE MARYLAND. DEVIN DID NOT TAKE AWAY RYAN LEFT HAND. DEVIN ALSO LEFT HIS HANDS LOW. DEVIN HAD NO DOG IN HIM THAT NIGHT, HE LOOKED LOSS. TANK DAVIS TOOK AWAY RYAN LEFT HAND BY CONSTANTLY TAPPING IT THEN WENT DOG ON HIM AND GOT THE KNOCK OUT.

Every time Haney gets hurt, he never fully recovers. When Linares stun him, he held on for dear life for the rest of the fight. He tried to do the same thing with Ryan. Haney’s style of fighting is terrible IN MY OPINION!!! It’s something about it that I don’t like. Maybe it’s his nose! 👃🏿 😭

unfortunately, not all, even mexicans! gave Ryan the respect he deserved long ago. I heard in one interview long ago, Ryan saying he didn't understand how many boxers seemed worried to lose the invictus as if that was the end! that kid has demonstrated he's a warrior! and not only in the sport. one time he said as well; "maybe I don't speak a good spanish but I'm a mexican warrior too! he deserves as much as he can achieve in the sport. When a man puts his word in the line by promising something that is seen by others as a real feat, he knows that he'll be a temporary prisoner of his own words until he succeed, that's Ryan Garcia. He promised and he got the work done. Respect!
