Benavidez has reach, but he does not have as much extension on his combination punching as Munguia. As far as Benavidez's work rate, that seems to come from throwing shorter almost slap-like punches from in close where he can be countered by someone like Canelo. As far as Benvidez having more agile feet than Munguia? Nah, I don't see it. Munguia has a considerable chin. I think Munguia actually beats Benavidez at 168 (not that that fight would ever happen, with Benavidez at 175 lbs).

I believe Crawford is there to win. Both fighters are already legends: that cannot be dismissed. I see Crawford's skills overcoming Canelo. C'mon now. Floyd when he was younger fought top-level opponents in their prime. Floyd also fought top-level opponents when he was older... but when they were 'past their prime'. Also, when Floyd was older he would try to get an advantage over his opponent before the fight where he would make them meet at a 'catch-weight' level, or something. Crawford does/did not want his opponent with any shortcomings, he wanted/wants his opponents at their best! In the lower divisions, Floyd would win many of his fights by KO. When Floyd moved up in weight, most of the fights went to decision. Crawford KO'd his opponents at a lower weight, and at a higher weight. At welterweight, Crawford won every fight by stoppage! Floyd has a better defense than Crawford; and both men have ring 'smarts'. Crawford definitely hits, not necessarily harder, but more 'KO' effectiveness... Floyd mostly fought against right-handed orthodox fighters, but had a little more difficulty with southpaws. Zab Judah is/was a southpaw, and he gave Floyd some difficulties. Crawford would probably fight Floyd as a southpaw, not necessarily starting out the fight that way, but as the fight progressed - that would probably be the way it would turn out. I believe Crawford right now would beat Floyd in his prime - at welterweight. Either Bud wins by decision or by stoppage. Bud would win. That is what I believe.

Skills win this and Bud will be too clever with his distance and timing and those crazy instincts. Canelo too predictable and static for Bud. Would be good to see it whether it will happen or not I dunno. But I do believe Bud got all the skills to avoid anything he brings and he ain’t got a losing bone in his body. Canelo knows how to lose against skills and movement with experience

Spence is gonna be the biggest name on his resume.

Something is in his gloves if he gets to lumping and brusing Canelo in the 1st and 2nd round like he did against Errol. JS. 😂

He would. It’s about the skills and the whole package and that is Bud. He ain’t got a losing bone in his body with his mentality and all he possesses. But canelo knows how to lose to skill and movement with experience. And that is Bud
