But also agree with you that he’s the same guy that in one interview says he’s only doing this to earn millions, next one it’s because he loves the sport. I read somewhere that Usyk agreed to a lower cut of the purse if Fury donated a million of his cut to Ukraine, that tells me everything I need to know about the two of them.

I love Tyson Fury is a fellow Englishman and because of the mental health problems, he’s insured and still suffers today. This was a very close fight and I think that was Usyk’s toughest fight to date. I’m happy that if Tyson Fury had to lose a fight, it was to this man Tyson Fury gave his soul to that fight, and to see two men fight, and what’s on the line and what they gave the public is inspirational at the end of the day nobody won this apart from God. I think the ref decided on a 10 count because the ropes kept Fury up. He was clearly dropped, but fell against the ropes.

What did I miss? I saw a ref giving Tyson a standing 8 count, had he not…maybe Usyk scores a KO..or TKO…maybe …but there was no stoppage

Love this guy, what a champ. Humble, dignified, respectful, principled and moralistic. A worthy Undisputed Heavyweight Champ if ever there was one.

Such a likeable guy. I got goosebumps when he was talking about his dad. A true Champion.

Did you see how the ref twice got in Uskys way as he was about I land a free power shot when Fury was almost down. He deliberate stepped in his way.

This isn't about me & it isn't about you reading this message, but if you're like me your dad has passed away, you'll know exactly how Oleksandr felt during this interview. It's not easy. No matter how many years pass you still carry the pain around with you. Sometimes it hides but you know it's there somewhere. What a great champion Usyk is. I'm absolutely delighted that he won. All the best from the UK. The world has a great champion.

I, for one, can understand your loss and Usyks loss. You never get through it, you just learn to live with it. It’s heavy, it all floods back at random or meaningful times and events. It’s a scar, for sure, but the fathers we lost did their best to prepare us for life beyond theirs, and so we press on. My son graduated high school yesterday, and I gifted him the watch my dad gifted me on my graduation. As I told my son the history of the watch, I had to stop a couple times, because it all came flooding back. But now my son carries a part of my dad and myself with him, and I hope it means to him what it meant to me.

@@ofpactual4518 I certainly remember little lessons my dad taught me when I was a child. I didn't understand the importance at the time but now it's crystal clear. I just didn't realise he was conditioning me for my life and equipping me with the mental tools to deal with problems and disappointments that are inevitable in life.

I never heard a fighter describe his training camp so truthfully, that's one dedicated man right there. Not the typical 'fighter' charisma, not the 'schoolyard bully' type (like Fury), but a 'blue collar' man. I like that!!!!!

You've missed one thing to say. Usyk is the best of the best. Best ever. Whoever doesn't think that way shall lace up the gloves and box themselves. No legend in the past was an undisputed champion in two weight divisions, while having 22 fights under their belts only. Plus, Usyk defeated everyone in their own backyards. Plus, he had 350 amateur fights and was an Olympic gold medalist. Is this enough?

How impressive is Usyk as a man-let alone a boxer. Undisputed heavyweight champion and tells the world how much he misses his family,and bursts into tears when asked about his Dad-then gives thanks to Jesus.Absolutely incredible.
