Devin's dad was basically setting up Devin for failure by telling Ryan to stand in the middle of the ring and not to run and he better not run that's what he kept telling Ryan. So Devin was trying to make his dad proud and basically do what his dad was telling everyone he was going to do which was stand in the middle of the ring and go toe-to-toe with Ryan. I think that Regis fight made Devin feel like he's some knockout artist all of a sudden because he had a dominating performance against Regis and even knocked him down once and it seemed like that fight might have got to Devin's head and now Devin wants to be like everyone else and have these exciting fights with these Knockouts but that's not Devin's game. Devin used to stick to his style of fighting which is out boxing and outclassing his opponent and winning on points that's just his style of boxing. And by his dad telling everyone that he's going to kill Ryan and Ryan better not run and he better stand in the middle of the ring and face Devin toe to toe, was just the wrong move. Cuz Devin was really trying to emulate that because his dad already put it out there so he didn't want to make his dad look like a liar so he tried to go out there and do what his dad was basically telling everybody he was going to do and it backfired badly. It's almost like people are lying to Devon and telling him what he wants to hear and he's not being truthful with himself. Because someone is in his Camp should have been telling Devin that Ryan is a way harder puncher, and that he's just as fast as Devin and the same size as Devin as far as reach and height and wait. So Devin used to fighting these smaller fighters to where he can job them and keep them off of him but Ryan and him have the same height and reach so when Devin jobs Ryan could go right over that job with his hook and still landed because he has the same reach. Somebody in Devens Camp should have been telling him this but I believe they were telling Devin that he was just as strong as Ryan and Ryan is overrated and Ryan ain't as strong as people think cuz Ryan hasn't fought anybody and blah blah blah and they're basically telling Devin what he wanted to hear and fill in his head up like basically just stroking his ego instead of being truthful with him

Is devin making excuses? Have devin ever miss weight? Was Ryan n devin the same size r weight? Answer to all these questions is No . Congrats to Ryan for a good fight n win n that's all but facts is facts.
