Not to mention, ryan was dropping weight.. this isn't going to give him any strength gains especially only being for 1-2 weeks. I've done steroids for years and my experience is I only get strength out of them when im bulking.. cutting just preserves my muscle tissue and I get heaps weaker, but in saying that, it probably helps me keep some strength I would have lost, jumping off and cutting

The amount these guys always get popped with is hardly ever enough to have actually helped them. For everything you lose, it just seems like a set up these micro quantities. Wise dosing windows and random testing. It just seems like the press run is a great opportunity to be in the same place. Years of clean tests just to fail the night of. This happens far too often for so many professional teams of prep experts to be that dumb. I think a few restaurant kitchens are compromised in Vegas and New York.

What’s up bizz, I work at a science lab and I can 100% guaranteed that ostarine won’t have any results other than more vascularity if only used for a week which wouldn’t make sense for Ryan to use it. To get the full benefits like muscle mass and fat loss that comes around week 4 or 5 of the cycle. In really high does in the range of 20-30 milligrams. It is really unlikely Ryan was using this on a micro dose that would be a waste of time since it wouldn’t have any benefits on him. This situation is very weird.

Those two are not synonymous, not making weight was a strategy that is allowed if the other fighter agrees, especially with the tactic others use to explode in weight during rehydration. But popping dirty i think ryan would care about because it erases the win all together and labels him a cheat. The haneys can't cry about the weight when they took the 1.5, agreed to fight, and honestly always manipulate weight coming in way over weight agreed to.

Former pro athlete here that’s literally been tested hundreds of times. I was always 100% responsible for what I put into my body. There’s a label on supplements that says “nsf certified for sport” which guarantees what you are getting is what you are getting. As an athlete, I would never take anything that did not have that label on it. I do know of people (non-athletes) that took Ostarine and got ripped with the quickness, so I could imagine what it would do with an already elite class athlete like Ryan.

The problem with your argument is that thinking Ryan would know how these drugs work. If he was taking banned substances, he was being advised on what to take, when to take it, and how long he would have to be off for it not be detected. If he did take something, whoever his advisors were dropped the ball on how long he needed to be off.
