I have watch this like a hundred times. What amazes me is that he doesn't tell you what you should feel. He helps u feel it while taking about it. In context, we just heard an hour plus long sermon and wanted more. This is Rob Bell's gift, what he can do with the Bible. He reignited my passion back when I was in seminary.

I saw An Introduction to Joy in Santa Cruz last year, not knowing who Rob Bell is, but being intrigued enough by the event name to dig beyond the short description on the venue website. The event was great, and mind-shifting! I'm so glad I found out about Rob through this, and now I listen to his podcasts, watch past events with him presenting online, and I've read a few of his books. As someone who has a strong interest in both spirituality and theoretical physics, finding smart and articulate voices to bridge the two is a challenge. If you have similar interests, this is one person you should lend an ear to!

I personally was unable to be consistently joyful until experiencing the absolute gracious love of God in my life very powerfully one day almost 30 years ago. When I humbly asked God to forgive me of my many short comings and failings (which I had MANY He gave me hope, the hope that all the pains and sadnesses and overwhelming evils in our world will one day be taken care of by Him. I believe this b/c Christ Jesus willingly died a horrible, cruel, unjust death in order to redeem me and all of humanity (by giving us all hope that there is a resurrection to life eternal - uncorrupted by evil, sorrow, pain, injustice). It cost Him His very life but He nonetheless endured. He paid the full price of all the shortcomings and failings of all humanity combined - rising from death to life - bringing new life to ALL who believe in Him and His resurrection power. Praise be to Him! Ahhhh -THE JOY THAT BRINGS TO ME!! Thank You LORD Jesus, my Savior! 😀 2 Corinthians 6:10 (being full of sorrow and yet rejoicing). This life as it is now is not all there is. Thank God!! Just as Jesus’ great sacrifice of Himself and resurrection from the dead provides new life for me now it also shows the joy of a future life similar to His resurrection life (I too one day will have a glorified body) - - WOW He forgave me, took my sorrow away, gave me hope now and also for the future. I too can forgive people who hurt me, bring hope and healing to people needing it and show great ❤️ as Jesus has for me. This kind of living produces joy within me. So, I can experience joy now in spite of many horrible and trying circumstances or experiences of life. There is a future hope and resurrection to new life found ONLY in Jesus Christ!! He ALONE IS WORTHY OF ALL THE GLORY AND HONOR AND POWER!! Praise Him!!He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! AMEN!! 😁

I've read all the books, watched most of the Nooma's, seen most of the video-projects, seen/heard lots of interviews, listened to almost all podcast, and through all of this and all the years I've been helped tremendously by much of the content. Love Wins was a gamechanger for me in developing the imagination to think of heaven and hell in different categories than I was handed growing up. Our presence is our truest ministry. Do you bring with you a presence of heaven and light, or one of hell, evil, and flames? Who is making the world a better place-Caesar or Christ? I believe Jesus inspires a new and true way to be human and when we connect to Christ in that way (having that metanoia experience) we wake up to living life from a more joyful experience - realizing all of life is grace - and then we become true peacemakers! We are an announcement to the world that grace and peace is where the life is! Enjoy the journey! (Romans 15:13)

Rob Bell - Thank you for always imparting wisdom in a new, creative and fun way. You are indeed an 8 year old boy in a man's body enjoying and savoring life. ... And that is meant as the biggest compliment I can think of. Savor on, brother.

Beloved, I don't know you in person but God knows you. God ministered to me in a revelation when I was on your profile to see things around you,l saw blessings but spiritual attacks holding onto them, in prayers, i saw a woman in the realm of the spirit monitoring and plotting delay in your life, with an evil mirror, and with motive to destroy. But as I speak to you now her time is up, Render hand of favour with Anything you can afford and give to these motherless foundation (Gods grace MOTHERLESS FOUNDATION.) Somewhere in Nigeria before 2DAYS with faith, as I Rise my hands towards heaven and pray for you they shall serve as point of contact wherever you are, you will receive double portion of grace to excel and total restoration of breakthrough in your life and in the life of your family. Ask for their acct details and help them call the MD in charge of the orphanage to get their details on (WhatsApp or call them now on (+2348160028358) tell him I sent you. For it is not by might nor by power but of the spirit saith the lord (zechariah 4:6). You shall testify to the Glory of God in your life. God bless you.
