Today am sharing this delicious and easy to make Roasted Potatoes wedges
at home. A perfect side dish , appetizer or just for snacking on any day of the week. With minimal prep and cleanup, its one one my favorite to go to recipe.
INGREDIENTS
6 Russet / Idaho potatoes, thoroughly scrubbed to remove any dirt
2Tbs Olive oil/ Vegetable oil
1 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Kosher salt
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
