Road to the Arnold - 2019 - Mateusz Kieliszkowski

Спорт

At age 22, Mateusz Kieliszkowski made history by being the youngest Strongman competitor in Arnold Classic History. Now 25 years-old, he is no longer seen as merely "the future" of his sport. The 2018 World's Strongest Man runner-up finished 4th at last year’s event in Columbus, but his record-breaking 410 LB stone-to-shoulder lift left little doubt that he was ready to push the likes of Thor and Shaw to the limit.

So he knows by the time he’s 30 he will be at his strongest. And that is scary to think knowing how strong he is right now LOL and after that you just keep getting stronger until about 35 years old when you’re 35 you usually stay at what you are at Unless you take steroids of course

I'm not saying that training with a professional crew is overrated, but when you train alone, you can push yourself to the limit without any hype. So the day you perform in front of a crowd that supports you, their encouragement serves as extra motivation or some sort of adrenaline booster. That's not science or anything; it's just my deduction. I workout alone, by the way, and it feels good to have only yourself and your mind in the middle of the weights lying around the gym.

Four divisions took part in it, in total about 50,000 Slovak soldiers of the Field Army "Bernolák" under the command of Gen. Ferdinand Čatloš [2] and air forces in the number of three squadrons. Slovak troops reached the area of Nowy Targ, Krynica and Sanok, losing a total of 29 killed or missing and capturing approximately 1350 Polish POWs. As a result of the armed intervention of Czechoslovakia, the problem of the demarcation of the region between the two countries was internationalized and the area of Czechoslovak control increased to a new demarcation line, with the so-called the Paris Agreement of February 3, 1919. More than a year later, this border was further shifted in favor of Czechoslovakia, and the so-called Zaolzie, inhabited mostly by Poles, was incorporated into Czechoslovakia.
