@@torronthemightynot if you constantly build them up and remind them failure isn’t a reflection of self. It’s a reflection of how you could be in the future if you strive for success in whatever it maybe. Including beating dad. Though given how the kid reacted, he seemed genuinely happy to race dad. He didn’t seem upset at all he lost. They’ve probably been doing this for at least a few years. So I don’t think they haven’t accounted for that. Especially when he immediately hugged his kid and reassured him that it’s ok and hyping him up for next year. 😅

Sure, the kid could do it on his own, but procrastination can poison anyone unless they actively snap themselves out of it. Case and point, I beat my nephew at a video game countless times and understandably he got tilted every time. The older he grew and the more he played, eventually we rematched and he mopped the floor with me. I saw immediately that he WANTED to be good at video games and deserved to win. As soon as he wins pops is gonna act like he had back problems all his life😂😂
The birthday that son wins will be the greatest day of his life. I'm in my 40s and I *still* remember the day I beat my dad in 1:1 basketball. Because he never let me win. So I worked hard and earned it. And he couldn't have been prouder.
Dad wasn't even going all out lol

Yupp he slowed several times to make it look like a close race
I can’t wait to see the sweetness when dad is a little old man still racing him ❤
The day the kid wins it will be dads happiest race ever.
He will always remember these moments. Thanks for being an awesome active dad. I promise you it means the world to your kids.
moments like these will follow him a lifetime, glad he is making them it will help him become an awesome man
Dad is hilarious. Got the whole track getup on. You can hear his spikes on the concrete slowing down. 🤣🤣🤣
That dad was even giving him some slack half way there lmao that man’s quick
It looked like the dad was barely trying 😂😂
Dad is smart enough to win but win barely enough to keep him motivated
Pops got on the full Olympic Usain Bolt starter kit!!! 😂😂😂 GO DAD!!!!
lol my man in character with the track uni and all😂
More like "Probably next year " but I'm all for this! Great job, Dad! And Happy Birthday young man ❤

You kidding? Dad absolutely trained. Look at his actual running gear. His son had on shorts and a t shirt. Dad had on modern track gear.

Bro the tracksuit is just for the video, he doesn't live in it and you can see his run was a half of half sprint towards halfway when he realized he was smoking his son

@@aryanrahimi3242 Wait he doesn’t live in his track suit… It’s so roomy though…
The year his son wins will be the proudest day of his life
I love the fact that the dad slow down himself to make his kid believe he is competing
Dad wasn't even giving it his all 😂trying to preserve his sons feelings

I feel like not enough people could tell he wasn’t really pumping it in the run. This is a dad that wanted the kid to feel motivated to keep trying by keeping it close.
The moment when he finally wins will be a truly sad one, because they’ll both realize how much he has grown and how fast time flies
One of those years that kid is gonna win and it'll be the happiest day of that dad's life
Happy birthday is the maddest statement 😂
