For a former senator who supported Wike's inexcesses and still lost his federal senatorial seat despite his loyalty, this greedy fellow shouldn't be anywhere near current conversations regarding the impunity caused by Wike's political children. History will judge everyone of us at the right time. Mister Nwogu benefitted in the sales of properties in the GRA zone which was gifted to him by the FCT minister. Thank God for the wisdom of Mister Charles; he smartly controlled the entire conversation with his quirky questions and explanation. All these Wike's cronies are banking on the fact that their political godfather's wife has been elevated to the Federal Court of Appeal. I think I see Amaewhule and co slowly going back to the assembly, Amaewhule and co will be affirmed at the supreme court as having not legally left their party, therefore remain assembly members. The governor if he wants to win, should pay regular visits to Aso Rock for show to assure Tinubu for 2027, engage the judiciary at all levels to get judgment in his favour. you know what 'engage' means. Otherwise Fubara looses in the end. Nigeria is not a constitutional democracy, Nigeria is a supreme court judgment democracy. Supreme court has countless conflicting judgments. Agbero Democracy! Exactly, once your opponent is asking you to wait for the court judgement otilo, the have already written the judgement, I don't think the governor can get anything from tinubu, wike betrayed a whole state and party for him and wants to be like tinubu at all cost. Additionally wikes wife is a supreme court judge now facilitated by the same tinubu. I feel sorry for fubara, wike is a power crazy corrupt person, he can do everything for it . The governors only option is to reconcile and play along, then build his political structure and overthrow wike in the future

Only the court processes or legislative impeachment can stop executive powers. The legislature in River State cannot impeach the governor at the moment.

There's no way those ex- lawmakers can be returned by their actions which nail them permanent as former lawmakers 1, There's was open declaration of their cross carpet on the floor of the house assembly 2, They swore an affidavits from the court and signed that they are no longer PDP members 3, There was no crisis in national PDP to enable them cross carpet under the law 4, It's self sacking from being a lawnmower of River State assembly which supreme court has settled long time ago.
