Thanking the President and Wike clearly shows how bad our system is. Is the President or Wike Appeal court judge?

Court of Appeal gave judgment on the jurisdiction of the case. Which did not say the former lawmakers did not defect to APC. Rivers state government can go and file another case against the so called lawmakers again at any federal high court.

You are very correct, because courts can only give judgment on cases brought before them. Fubara and his team have not filed any case against these defected lawmakers, accept this one appeal court said high court lacks jurisdiction to make decisions on the case.

If Chidi Lloyd was a good lawyer why is he not practicing it.

One of the tragic misfortunes that beset Nigeria is the caliber of people that run it. How does a country run mainly by political illiterates make progress?
