Article 2.5 is clear and must be expunged so it doesn't become binding on us in future, failure to expunge it unsign it. The government shouldn't act like bunch of inept leaders.

You took the concept of gender equality very wrongly. Gender equality is not alien to us. In certain aspects of human social progress, we shouldn't always play the culture card. My daughters shouldn't be denied the opportunity and privilege to education just because of their gender, while my sons enjoy such opportunity and privilege because of their gender. My daughters shouldn't be denied the opportunity to aspire to any height in life because of her gender. My daughters shouldn't be married off at the age of 13 or 14, while my sons pursue their dreams and attain their full potential as human beings. That's what gender equality has in view, not the distorted reference to what the Bible says. The God of the Bible is the God of justice, equity, and fairness.

Tinubu and his gang tried to sign the useless Samoa Agreement late last year and quickly delined as a result of the public uproar. Late last month they secretely signed it just as Yakubu secretely declared Tinubu the PRESIDIOT of Nigeria by 12 midnigt.

There's absolutely nothing in the excerpt of that document read that remotely made any reference or alluded to LGBTQ right. Gender equality or reproductive health can't be construed to be LGBTQ right advocacy. Gender equality is what is being twisted out of context by a certain group whose religion relegate women to a mere appendage. It bares recalling that years ago a bill that was aimed at prohibiting child marriage was never allowed to see the light of the day at the National assembly by the same group whose region encourages little girls as young as 13 being married off to men old enough to be their grandfathers. That's the group whipping up the misinformation about SAMOA agreement. Unfortunately, many Nigerians who are neither discerning nor informed are already perpetrating the misinformation.

No international law can impose moral decadence or immorality that even animals do not practice against our laws. LGBT is un-African. It's against Nigeria's law. Does the same agreement work in Saudi Arabia. It's a very useless agreement.

My comments on this issue has been that Nigerians should stop embarrassing themselves with an agreement that was not targeted towards Nigeria alone. If the president did not see any benefit in it to Nigeria or if any part of the agreement had conflicted with the Nigeria constitution he would not have signed it. How does Article 2.5 reflects LGBT connotation? Is gender equality not already covered in the Nigerian Constitution if any questions or interpreted any meaning to what it represents in this article, the person is either ignorant or hypocritical. Why is it that it is only Nigerians that are reading other meaning to it. This is a general provision in the agreement which every country has to apply according to the constitution of the country signing the agreement. Do women in Nigeria cry for gender equality when it comes to appointment and employment in Nigeria, does that provision in the Nigeria constitution specifies the kind of woman or man that might be faced with such inequality situation? An Ex-Lawmaker, lawyer telling the FG to explain an agreement that not drawn up by Government is complete nonsense because the FG of Nigeria has its own Lawyers who reviewed this agreement before signing .Which other countries in Africa that signed the country has difficulties understanding these two articles so far?

The Somoa document specifies the promotion of LGBTQ in Nigeria as a condition that must be agreed upon before the funds are released. Guys 150 million dollars is being offered. You think there's nothing at stake for those offering the money?
